This is the first video of yours I've ever seen, but just from this half hour I can tell that you're a really great teacher (and human). You just exude kindness and patience and all the qualities one wishes to see in a teacher. My mom is a teacher (High School) and I know she's good at what she does because her students respond really well to her and form good relationships with her. I'm in the process of getting my degree in middle childhood education, so clearly I'm surrounded by education and really appreciate a good teacher when I see one. So anyway, hello. I really enjoyed your video. (And you have a lovely singing voice -- another thing we have in common)
Haha! I'm 19 and I love children, they're so innocent and pure, can't help but to love them, they're the peace in this world. I love teaching them right from wrong and teaching them their abc's and 123's, the children I have came across in my life 😂not many at all but I enjoy it when I am able to teach children 😄💕 I'm also very protective over any child I come in contact with because they become my responsibility right away as if they're my own. I have a 1 year old and since I'm not teaching children YET I teach him to just get me ready for this career choice, I'm looking into early childhood education! I just started watching you, you're amazing! I'm taking NOTES! Thank you for your videos❣️ you're doing an amazinnnng job! ❤️

I teach Year 3/4's. They are the perfect blend of still being excited about learning, loving their teacher and independent enough to put wheels on their own wacky ideas. So much fun! The teeny little ones, though? Soooooo funny!

omg I LOVED this video!!! Its so awesome to actually see teachers in action! I am currently getting my early childhood education degree and am only a level 2 Kindergarten classroom intern and do not have the teaching experience you have in front of kids.(your lucky you already have a teaching job!) so its really helpful to watch how you actually interact with them, rather than just a sit down video (which I love too). I am want to improve my confidence when implementing lesson plans, so thank you for the ideas!

I have to admit that I LOVE how you respect FERPA and are able to harness the energy of your classroom in your videos without feeling the need to show the faces of the children in your class. Your page is really awesome! Thank you for uploading this! My kindergartner is going to first grade next year and her teacher is going to be the exact same as this year by HER choice! And I’m trying to show her that there are really awesome DIFFERENT teachers and classrooms out there for her to experience, trying to get her to decide to have a different teacher and different experience next year cause she just won’t budge lol! We may be moving, that’s why! And I came across your video and showed her this video, and she thought you were awesome! She said her teacher doesn’t sing with them at all or do ANY of the things you do and doesn’t talk to them like you do. So I think it’s great how you do things. Wish my child had a teacher like you. I mean I’m thrilled she likes her teacher so much that she wants to have her again next year (the kindergarten and first grade teachers are rotating next year) and giving the children the option of keeping the same teacher if they want to, it’s being left up to the parents but we left the decision up to our child, but we may move before then and our daughter just doesn’t want to even ponder the thought of a different experience! So thank you for showing the different types of classrooms and experiences and how wonderful you are! I really enjoyed this video, and so did she. God bless

Omg I know I’m late to this video but I just decided a few months ago to go back to school to become a teacher. I just decided to do preschool/ kindergarten. I love children so much and I feel teaching the younger children would be better because you will be the foundation in their lives to make them better ppl for the future. It is supposed to be 40 degrees in Minnesota today and we are all so excited for the heat wave!! haha.
This was nice to watch. I've been thinking about going to school to get my bachelor's in order to teach kindergarten. Im about to be 26 though. So it'll be a journey to get there... im currently a hairstylist with a teaching license for cosmetology, but I think my heart is telling me to teach kindergarten.

I don't know if it's just me having attended Kinder back in like. 94 or 95 but I feel like classrooms now are more.... modern looking? Less cozy? This is such a stark contract to my kindergarten when I was kid. Awesome vid by the way, considering becoming a Kindy teacher!
