    What book are you teaching out of? this doesn't coincide with my Real Estate Principals book

      What in particular are you saying is in conflict?
      There could be a specific law that is state specific, however I’m not teaching out of any one book. Im simply teaching to the facts.
      I write, and consult for many different authors.

      @@realestatestu oh no I’m not saying there is a conflict at all just wanted to follow along more in the book if there was a specific one because you said this was from Chapter 12 or Unit 12. Sorry for the confusion.

      @@Crystalsellscolorado most of the stuff that I mention that follows along with a certain chapter/book will clearly mention it. Each book, and author have much different flows. So I would reference your index and see where this would be :)
