Professional advise that is taught in many professional schools, not new thoughts but correct and good images, if only it was not done with bent knees. Why are the knees bent? 1st stage of development is with straight knees in Vaganova schooling. Later with Demi plié, but not done like this.

Why are you bending your knees?
I’m 66 and doing adult ballet 🩰 so can’t remember all the names and routines..this one I shall remember
