PCT 2024 Episode 27: Desolation - Days 87-89 on the Pacific Crest Trail

The PCT journey continues! We leave South Lake Tahoe and begin our trek through the Desolation Wilderness. It’s a gorgeous area! We also see the most hikers we’ve seen on trail here. As we work our way toward Truckee we get amazing views of Lake Tahoe, and even hike through the top of a couple ski resorts! It’s a beautiful stretch of trail!
