In New England they are all democrat run cities, and yet they don't have the same rates of violent crime, theft, grape. In fact their states are the lowest in the nation for those crimes. Why is that? You'll often hear democrats say that red states have the highest violent crime rates, and we'll blame that on the cities which are "blue". But the truth is that the highest violent crime is in Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi. They have the highest numbers of a certain population whereas New England has the lowest numbers. If you removed the crime by that population the USA would have lower violent crime than most European nations. We must face facts.

Funny story, I just did this to my dad's old cast iron. But I wire wheeled it in my garage not thinking about my car being nearby, then had to go somewhere in the rain. Those invisible iron shavings all turned into rust dots on the outer coat. I was furious with myself! So much work to get that crap off. I only cook on that pan now. It has to be worth it...

We’re in the process of getting our four year old tested for autism. I’m a health nut like your wife Taylor. I’d never really considered everything outside of our food until this year. I’m the one doing that overhaul on our cleaning supplies, laundry ingredients etc and we have mostly switched our house to dye free also. It all adds up to their behavior and development. It’s worth the time to prioritize it once and do the research so I can work on autopilot to tend to our home in the most natural way. And I’m not on birth control anymore. We have four boys so we’re finished with kids 😂. I made my husband get a vasectomy because I refused BC after everything coming out about it.

In regards to the kids behaving naturally in their gender: I have 3 kids. 2 boys that are 16 months apart and currently 17&18. I also have a daughter who is 10. I don't know what the "arbitrary" test was that led to their medals being stripped in the recent games , but there were Russian or East Germans disqualified from the Olympics, I believe in the 1970s, for steroid or hormone levels. These days, it should be very simple, competitors have to have the chromosomal combination of a male to compete in male competitions, and likewise for females. You also have to have testosterone levels consistent with the chromosomal test result. This should be adopted across the board for public school, collegiate, amateur, and professional sports. The idea that the "gender" listed on a passport defines whether someone is male or female is completely stupid. That's like saying that labeling an orange as an apple makes it an apple.

I get theres people that have dedicated alot to get into the there places in sports but its time for the people tired of it to shut it down. If they came together and backed out together the sports would have the choice to listen to demands or not have anyone to make money off of anymore. I don't think it's possible to ruin cast iron pans unless you get a crack in it. Take your pan and put it in the oven for a few hours, if it's rusted then take a steel scrub brush to it before you put it in the oven. Make sure you oil it with some avocado oil or some tallow.

I have two daughters, I never pushed birth control ever. I felt birth control made me feel off. Like not normal.

We’re in the process of getting our four year old tested for autism. I’m a health nut like your wife Taylor. I’d never really considered everything outside of our food until this year. I’m the one doing that overhaul on our cleaning supplies, laundry ingredients etc and we have mostly switched our house to dye free also. It all adds up to their behavior and development. It’s worth the time to prioritize it once and do the research so I can work on autopilot to tend to our home in the most natural way.

I have 3 kids. 2 boys that are 16 months apart and currently 17&18. I also have a daughter who is 10.

I don't know what the "arbitrary" test was that led to their medals being stripped in the recent games , but there were Russian or East Germans disqualified from the Olympics, I believe in the 1970s, for steroid or hormone levels. These days, it should be very simple, competitors have to have the chromosomal combination of a male to compete in male competitions, and likewise for females. You also have to have testosterone levels consistent with the chromosomal test result. This should be adopted across the board for public school, collegiate, amateur, and professional sports. The idea that the "gender" listed on a passport defines whether someone is male or female is completely stupid. That's like saying that labeling an orange as an apple makes it an apple.

Just going off the headline atm just started listening but screw it. I get theres people that have dedicated alot to get into the there places in sports but its time for the people tired of it to shut it down. If they came together and backed out together the sports would have the choice to listen to demands or not have anyone to make money off of anymore. One or 2 people is an easy headache to cure but if they actually pulled together no contracts or anything could hold them back. Same with everything else going on but on a much larger and more difficult scale. Happens the same at work everyone complains but only one person normally tries to make a change and ends up being the easier problem to deal with and everyone backs down and repeats the cycle while being taken advantage of.

I don't think it's possible to ruin cast iron pans unless you get a crack in it. Take your pan and put it in the oven for a few hours, if it's rusted then take a steel scrub brush to it before you put it in the oven. Make sure you oil it with some avocado oil or some tallow.

I cant find ANYONE including Tyson vs Galota that someone with over 100 fights would just quit in 46 seconds WITHOUT being at least knocked down or seriously hurt or is on drugs or something like Lennox Lewis vs . Someone who has had over 100 fights especially 84W and 23L is someone im assuming that will fight to the bitter end in 99.9999999% of the circumstances and is tough as nails. So Angela has been hit by over 100 competitors in competition AND been hit in training ontop of that for over a decade of training and competition. SO this isnt normal with this tye of record and i have tried to find anotehr boxer with over 100 fights that throws in the towel WITHOUT being knocked down or a drug addiction like McCall against lennox Lewis , this might be the first time someone under aminute with over 100 match experience stops fighting. Evn though its amatuer competition.
