Of course, this video should have taught employees to inform customers that simply, "blowing back and forth, slowly, on the open end of your Nintendo game cartridge will solve 95% of your problems." But then, Nintendo has ALWAYS denied that this solution has ever had any effect. Obviously they never experienced what their customers experienced, or for whatever reason, did not want to acknowledge it. And yet, to this day, Nintendo... and Youngling-TH-camrs... who never actually owned the original NES 'back in the day'... STILL claim that this never worked. Oh my... they are so self-assured in their ignorance....

Okay, I was a little too young to do much buying in the 90’s, but even I know 11.99 for a cleaning product is not something a parent is going to be happy hearing, and would probably (rightly) assume most of that price is the name brand.
sheesh if a person took back a dirty ass gaming system like that Id tell them where they can go and the boss wouldnt care because clearly they are a liar.
If Nintendo was owned by today's Disney, the CS workers would call the customers manbbabies or something stupid which is why your system isn't working. LOL
I love how nostalgic this made me. Thanks dude.
How insanely cool is this video?? Every single part of is such awesome nostalgia. I’m on the hunt for more. Goes great with my Mall series :)
Thanks for finding this relic from the 90s!

Amusing to see a very young John Billingsley (Star Trek Enterprise) apparently this was his first on-screen roll.
It's got Sounds from the Supermarket too!
I think I watch this video 20 years too late I could have fixed my Nintendo
This is such an awesome find!!
Who the hell brings a pie to a customer service person?
The good kind of customer. The one we raise hell to help if needed.
This is so awesome!!
