Ed is an elite cyclist, 2019 British Hill Climb Champion and former Under 23 British RR Champion. He has raced as a Continental level "Professional Rider" in Japan, Korea, Australia, Canada, Azerbaijan to name a few. He is also a public speaker, coach, and remains grounded with regular returns to his roots at Bynea Cycling Club. You may also know him as the most diverse 'live streamer' in the virtual cycling world.
Ed now prioritises having fun with my hard earned fitness and knowledge in the sport. Showcasing that maybe there is an alternative to racing for teams when you can race for yourself and your community of followers and brands. This TH-cam channel is a docu-series highlighting what it’s like to be a cyclist, full time eater, speaker and traveller in today’s competitive age of sport.

The headwind, puncture and general situation with the chain surely made it harder than it needed to be though. At least you had plenty to snack on to keep your mood up through all of that. xD

I'm like Ed at the end after a 60k zwift group ride haha.
epic ride Ed ... these types of rides (not necessarily over that distance) are what riding is all about, forgetting the numbers and just heading out for the enjoyment. Did a 200 mile dawn-to-dusk ride myself a couple of years ago, so know that feeling of looking down at your head unit and realising you only have a couple of km's/miles left. A well deserved takeaway. As a matter of interest, how much of that food did you end up battering through during the ride?
and best of luck for the 600km ... fingers crossed it goes ahead - I've just heard my first sportive on 1st May has been moved to September (at least its not cancelled).
I ate it all, apart from some haribo that fell on the floor although I was debating to eat it or not....

Absolutely amazing, that ride and I loved watching this video. A punctuare at 300 k?! O no I would feel terrible having to repair it that far into the ride. Your perseverance is outstanding, but yeah that is something we already knew.

Epic ride Ed. 150k headwind... jeees. I was so glad yesterday I had a midway restpoint after 60k headwind (25-30kph). Tailwind for the 60k ride back home meant I was flying though :)
