星空を閉じ込めて！2層の天の川チーズケーキ

七夕の季節がやってきました。
ゼリーにキラキラの星を詰め込んだ、見た目も味も楽しめる、2度美味しい七夕チーズケーキ♪

天の川チーズケーキ
18cmパウンド型 1台
材料：
■ゼリー液
水 300ml
アガー 20g
アラザン 5g
お湯 大さじ1
＜白色の層＞
練乳 小さじ1
＜水色の層＞
ブルーハワイシロップ 大さじ1
＜青色の層＞
ブルーハワイシロップ 大さじ1
いちごシロップ 大さじ2
■チーズフィリング
クリームチーズ（室温に戻す） 200g
生クリーム 200ml
砂糖 50g
レモン汁 大さじ1
ゼラチン 10g
水 大さじ3
作り方：
1.ゼリー液を作る。アラザンをお湯で溶かす。
2.小鍋に水、(1)、アガーを入れて混ぜ、強火にかける。沸騰したら弱火で2分煮る。
3.(2)を鍋ごと氷水に浸けて、2分ほどかき混ぜながら冷やし、粗熱をとる。
4.(3)を3等分にする。1つ目のボウルに大さじ2杯分取り分け、残りの液を2等分になるようにボウルに取り分ける。
5.1つ目のボウルに練乳を加え、2つ目のボウルにブルーハワイシロップ、3つ目のボウルにブルーハワイシロップといちごシロップを加えて混ぜ、3色のゼリー液を作る。
6.パウンド型を傾けて固定し、水色、青色のゼリー液の順に注ぎ入れる。白のゼリー液を少しずつ垂らしてマーブル状にし、冷蔵庫で1時間冷やす。
7.チーズフィリングを作る。ゼラチンを水に振り入れてふやかし、600Wの電子レンジで20秒ほど温めて液状にする。
8.ミキサーにクリームチーズ、生クリーム、砂糖、レモン汁、ゼラチン液を加えて滑らかになるまで攪拌する。(6)の型に流し入れ、冷蔵庫で1時間冷やす。
9.型から外し、お好みの大きさに切り分けたら、完成！
