You eat the bones which I enjoy but you cut the yummy fins off. This will be first time cooking one , but on other fish I enjoy the fins giving a fun crunchy flavor?
Unlike other videos that provides how much seasoning to use it would be nice to provide this information as you watch the video which doesn’t describe marinade how much of each ingredient to use
