Thank You! Very helpful as I am a Lay person living in Canada. I balance work and living at home. I enjoy cleaning my apartment and am about to ad some volunteer work aroound my work. So Thank You! Time for self...indeed I need to thread that in my day. Meditating everyday as well...I just learned to do a "bow" and remarkably the benefit's of this have been immense, and enjoyable. I just have to get to doing it everyday.! It is ironic that in my 50's...I've been getting up naturally around 5:30 and fill my mind with mindless activity. Now, I have an idea of what to accomplish with that time. I was also going to ad, community volunteering as well....and of course time to one's self...very lacking in my world. So, Thank You!

I'm single, no children, and the only responsibility that I have is myself. The more that look at it, the I realize how fortunate am. To have a sacred place, which I have, is truly a blessing, especially when I consider the state of the lives of that I see. Thank you, bless you, keep sharing.

Once again Nick you have created a great gift of a video. Earlier today I recommended your channel to a friend with Buddhist history (retreats, meditations) who has had to permanently close his small bakery, his lifelong dream, due to the covid19. At the moment he is battling loss and sadness as we both try to concentrate on being of service to others. To process the pain and not cultivate suffering. While looking up the link to send to him, I saw and watched this video on your daily schedule. It is inspiring me to better understand organizing my life in a similar form. To create the guard rails to be more at peace in my life. To let go and fight the good fight over self. Thanks again Nick, stay safe my friend.

Buddha teaches us to meditate to purify our mind…leading to the end goal: nibbana (nirvana) - liberation from dukkha (all and all uneasiness, discontentment, mental/physical suffering). Liberation from greed, hatred and delusion. Sadhu, sadhu, sadhu Ven. Nick. ❤(from CA)
