The reviews make this a category defining and category redefining cat. Have you guys ever considered the feasibility of COX diesel outboards? The extra range, reliability, torque, lower servicing costs, lower running costs, would all be interesting.
It’s not on the option list. Hard to fit a Seakeeper in a cat. Shady marketing of them not to give a direct answer. They also use a ton of electricity and you also need a generator to run one which there is again, not space for on a cat. Lastly, Seakeeper really need to be mounted centrally to be effective, which is impossible on this cat.
Sea Keepers can be mounted asymmetrically. I don't know if this boat has been designed for that stress. You don't necessarily need a generator to run them, If you spool them up on shore power an extra battery or 2 will keep them running and the alternators on these newer outboards can handle that.
