Just miss your live stream by 1/2 hour yesterday ,one of these times I m gonna catch ya live…….. Started Nrl22 this summer and your knowledge and experience has helped. Wish I would have found your site before I bought our wall hangers !!!!!!( 2020 rimfire ) Love my Vudoo now. Don’t miss time with the kids for us though !!!! Rock on bro.
Just getting interested in 22 shooting, now that I have to pay for ammo I need a cheaper option. LOL (retired military) Thank you for all your videos… I am in NC as well. Gaston County.
Hi! I Wanted to thank you for your scope reviews, I did decide to give the Discovery optic a try, it was inexpensive, and I've never owned a first focal plane scope. Most of my shooting is off hand, silhouette style shooting, but now in my 60's, holding the rifle has become more challenging. I have tried silhouette benchrest 22LR, small steel out to 100 meters, where precision is a must. and a silhouette style Leupold with a dot reticle is hard to figure the wind. I'm mounting the huge scope on my Winchester model 52 and give it another try this coming season. I also am going to give the CZ 457 a try next year, all of this because of your channel, I just wanted to say thanks for remembering the regular guys who just can't drop 2500.00 for a setup just to see if it's something I'd like to do. Thanks!
You mention that not all triggers work well in a Rim-X, which would you stay away from? I run a Timney Hit in mine, no issues that I know of, but I don’t have anything to compare against. Thanks !!
Can you see bullet wobble thru scope cam? Bullets that wobble less or fall asleep, shoot more accurately. I've witnessed guy using scope cam and pellet rifle. Focus and slow motion is key
@@keith6872 22lr doesn't have stability issues like pellets do. Pellets shot too fast or to slow dont stabilize and fly wonky. Just not a thing for 22lr in normal barrels
Concentric: so a bullet that is not aligned in throat or a bullet or pellet that is not concentric to bore will not cause wobble? Wobble is caused by more than just twist rate alone imo.
You have mentioned that you shot at the night match on a couple videos now, but you never say that you placed very well. Now it has me wondering how often you win or place high that you don’t ever tell anyone. Way to go Mr Humble
Barrel Concentricity and Straitness: you can easily check by drilling 1/16" hole in base of fired 22rf case and insert into chamber. Hold chamber end into light and while viewing thru muzzle end and rotating, watch the shaded rings. If they wobble, barrel bore is not strait and concentric.
I just got past the 2-300 dollar scopes. Got Arken 7-35x56mm for the money I really like it. Turrets are positive and firm but hard to turn. My next will be a Tract 7-35x56.
Hi from Belfast Northern Ireland, Just bought a CZ Long Range Precision looking forward to getting to the range.

Have KI on my CZ. Still testing it seem to have potential, It likes center X and Eley match so far
Can you tell us about your Arca vise attached to your benc for cleaning your gun
It's actually just a ballhead with a suction cup base
I'd say I was puzzled by how I've been missing these lately but you just seem to do them at random notice, ha ha
Yeah that's accurate lol

@@keith6872yeah could be, just saying I've never seen it in 22lr. In airguns seen it a ton
Rimfire benchrest scores start falling off below 50°

I have a new Bartlin 30 caliber 5 R barrel that looks horrible using this simple method. BTW Barrel must be clean to test.
