I really love what Ivankov says about miracles. "Miracles only happen to those who don't give up, Don't understimate miracles" I think it's a great quote in general and also applies so well to Luffy's whole journey and this situation as a whole.
There's a sequence in 'Blue Lock' that talks about luck and how only the greats are prepared to utilize that luck properly. Luffy is the epitome of that. He puts himself in positions to make miracles happen.
