Greetings from Captain's Cove, VA! Nice video. What brand and flavor of pellets are you using? I have a Grilla Grills Silverbac and use Lumber Jack 100% hickory for butts and 100% mesquite for briskets. I've never injected a pork butt; do you find that it adds a lot of flavor? Smoke on!
