I guess the engines are hard to come by ? I have an original works group 2 which has been using other engines in racing but I'd like to put it back to standard group 2 spec.
@@carsracing5901 When I bought the Capri many years ago I had arranged to buy two Cosworth GAA engines from a guy who had 5 new engines in crates. Amazing just to look at - complete dry sump sytemsiin one crate, exhausts in another, heads another etc etc pHe backed out and I was not at all happy.
@@carsracing5901Heads are the only big deal about them and I doubt whether they'll ever remake them because there would not be enough demand. They are not interesting enough for anyone except people who have original cars. Not all that powerful so not of much use in any other racing.
It have been nice to know the spec going in that engine and the power your getting out of it
