While the incursion into Kursk is taking many POWs and causing many political issues for the Putin regime and curtailing offensive action within Ukraine, I don't really think it's going to cause a military problem for Russia unless it becomes about six times the size. And I think Ukraine has about a third as many troops committed as it would take for that to happen.
