- Картофель 800 грамм
- Репчатый лук 1 головка
- Растительное масло 50 миллилитров
- Сливочное масло 30 грамм
- Соль по вкусу
- Молотый черный перец по вкусу
1. Подготовить необходимые ингредиенты.
2. Картофель очистить, нарезать одинаковыми кусочками, не очень важно, будут это бруски или дольки. От способа и размера нарезки будет меняться время приготовления.
3. Нарезанную картошку поместить в глубокую посуду и залить холодной водой, чтобы избавиться от лишнего крахмала. Оставить на 30-40 минут.
4. Затем хорошо обсушить на бумажных полотенцах.
5. Измельчить лук.
6. В толстостенной плоской сковороде на сильном огне разогреть растительное и сливочное масло.
7. Понизить огонь до средне-низкого и выложить картошку в один или максимум два слоя и жарить, не мешая, 5-7 минут.
8. Затем немного перемешать, добавить измельченный лук.
9. Жарить в течение 15-20 минут, стараясь мешать картошку как можно реже и аккуратнее, чтобы не разрушить бруски.
10. В конце добавить соль и перец по вкусу.

In the map the city is called Selydove but in the text of progression he wrote the city Selydovo. He showes both version of the city's name in Russian and in Ukranian. He just don't want to be bias in his videos at all
