I think it's really cool that people from all over the world took the time to make cool dance routines in various styles for this video. And they all made it work well for the song, despite the disparate styles, like the Indian dance, Hip Hop dance, Native dance, Etc. That being said, I much prefer their new song Walls and find it way more unique than this actual Song. And as a random add on here - my favourite song by them is Birthday :)
KOL are performers of thier hearts and life circumstances. No one lives in a "Sex on Fire" moment forever. Not everything is as heartbreaking as "Beautiful War". This is where they are at now and in years to come they will be somewhere else. I suppose it's having lived a little that I can see thier evolution. People and good art rarely stay stuffed in perfectly labeled categories.
