As a highly neutral vessel that conducts some of the largest and busiest trade ports globally, Singapore has no bad relations with any country. Additionally, it is ridiculously difficult to engineer hidden explosives for a submarine as they are built for depth pressure and stealth capabilities, which severely limits the types and amount of material that could go in without alerting something during testing.

my cat says we approaching 60 yrs of independence and it demands we commission a proper *Nuclear powered* Submarine!
