- Hot Cheetos Boudin Balls Recipe is BOMB!!!!
Recipe:
Walmart boudin sausage (remove the sausage skin and crumble the inside fillings into a bowl
Dice 8-10 pavilion cheeses
1/2 cup of your favorite shredded cheese
2 tablespoons of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of creole seasoning
2 tablespoon of sage
1 tablespoon of black pepper
2 eggs
1 finely diced yellow onion
mix very well for 2 minutes.
Separate bowl
3 cups of flour
2 tablespoons of creole seasoning
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 tablespoons of garlic
Separate bowl
4 whipped eggs
3 tablespoons of water
Separate bowl
Crushed hot Cheetos puffs 1-2 large bags
Mix your boudin and other ingredients together and form them into a tight ball. Freeze them for 1 hour. Create your flour, egg and hot Cheetos mixture. Dip the frozen ball into the flour then the egg then back into the flour and egg, then the hot Cheetos crumbs.
Add your favorite oil (3cups) into a medium heated pan. Cook them for 2 minutes and rotate the ball to the other side for 2 minutes then remove from the oil. You can freeze them and air fry the balls on 350 degrees for 10 minutes then rotate on the other side for another 10 minutes. So cheesy and delicious!!!
Top it with cilantro, lime and your homemade sauce.
My homemade sauce recipe:
The sauce recipe I came up with is big enough for all of your 8 boudin balls:
1 cup of mayo
2 limes
1 tablespoon of hot sauce
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 1/2 tablespoon of ketchup
1 teaspoon of white vinegar
1 tablespoons of jalapeño juice or diced finely
1 teaspoon of sugar (to even out the acid)
1/2 teaspoon of creole seasoning
1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of garlic pepper
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1/8 teaspoon of chipotle chili pepper (powder)
Hope you like it. - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต

How long do you fry????
3 minutes and constantly rotate the balls. You can even go for 4 minutes. But it really depends on the heat of the oil. If you have your stove on medium high (5) then 3 minutes will be perfect.
Could this be done in a deep fryer and still cook through?
Yes it can. I air fried mines yesterday too on 390 degrees (solid frozen) for 15 minutes and it came out way better!
Thank you! I'll be trying this out tonight
You’re welcome
We’re this at
You can make them at home.
People who don’t have boundin sausages can use ground beef instead
True!
Thanks alot
Can you send me the recipe please ma'am

Ok😢😢😢
Can I get some?
Of course! FedEx?🥰😂
nvr mind i see it in your list u did use eggs as part of the mixture ur the only one tht does it this way egg is not needed
I use eggs because it makes it crispier. And I’m not the only one who uses eggs. Do more research and you will find that almost everyone using eggs or else the hot Cheetos will not stick after adding the flour.
Where's the full recipe
It is in the description box above and pinned to a the comment section.
So no one's gonna taste it and pretend like it's good 😂
NOPE!!! 😭🤣😂 It was FYE! This was for the fam!
