Because I’m trying to cut back on dairy, I substituted the heavy cream with heavy coconut milk and used vegan cream cheese, and it was stellar! I also used cilantro rice instead of mashed potatoes! This looks so delicious. I have catfish on hand so may be using that instead of salmon. I think if I need to thicken my sauce, I will add a lil cream cheese and sprinkle finished product with fresh parmasean cheese (yes, I love cheese lol especially with heavy whipping cream)

I tried making this and my presentation wasn’t the best because I burnt the asparagus in the air fryer 😂😭 but everything else was delicious. I made two separate sauces because I’m allergic to shrimp, so mine was lacking some flavor but my bf was very satisfied with his sauce and shrimp and everything else ! Great recipe 🙌🏻
I just made this tonight and I am so impressed! The sauce reminds me of a restaurant I used to go to. I just added some shredded four cheese as I cooked the sauce and the wine I had was pinot grigio.
I tried this recipe except I didn’t have the old bay seasoning so used Larry’s seasoning salt because that’s all I had and 😱 omg was sooo delicious!! But I’m gana order that old bay and do it again it was delicious 😋 amazing recipe 🙌🏽

I add flavored bread crumbs to thicken the sauce. It elevates the flavor vs corn starch. Add sour cream to the mashed potatoes. It gives a.different flavor. Good luck and enjoy. Thanks for sharing. Xoxo

I cook shrimp alot and have found that using tongs to turn and remove from the pan work better than any other utensil. I don't like salmon, but would love to try this with a different fish. This looks delicious!

I cook shrimp alot and have found that using tongs to turn and remove from the pan work better than any other utensil. I don't like salmon, but would love to try this with a different fish. This looks delicious!
