Hello Aysenur. This looks delicious and will be trying it this evening. The bulgur wheat side dish you make at the end. I have had this dish many times in our local Turkish restaurant in Nth London and my daughter loves it. The one they make has a red colour. How do we make it like that? Do i add some pepper or tomato paste at the beginning before adding the orzo rice? Hope you can help. Thank you.
