Did I miss any you have done regarding Toll Brothers in tradition ?
Actually, no. Toll Brothers is a good builder. From what I understand, they are looking for land here; however, it will be years before anything happens. Furthermore, since you can get so much more house for the money in Port St Lucie, I think they want to stick with where they can sell their product for twice the price.
Kolter is the higher end builder in Port St Lucie/St Lucie County. They have PGA and Astor Creek. Also, GHO Builders has some super high end houses in Belterra.
These models are nice, pretty etc but have you looked at the water intrusion in the garages and water laying around the outside of house? Even without the rain I see issues. One builder has lots of plug ins in a model-thats a huge hint
Good eye... You are absolutely correct. I have another video talking about your observation. Interesting that Pulte has a separate 5 year water intrusion warranty. I had the builder of my house paint an extra water barrier under the stucco on my house. It doesn't matter how nice a house is, these builders HAVE to get the land and drainage right or the house is worthless.

Hey, here is some info on the new Kolter community, Oak Ridge Ranches (aka Solaris) . They will be starting the land process in about a year along with improving the roads out west by Range Line Road. It seems Kolter will sell some of the area to other builders, much like Mattamy did in Tradition. It is still a few years away.
