Thanks friend. Red is a color I never thought I would be doing. I bought the red dye for the "spiderman" look in the dagger style knife. After I got the double detent knife with orange I wanted to change the orange color and thought red would be a good choice for covering the orange. I appreciate you watching and commenting 🙏

@@rustyminer I took spanish in highschool some 45 years ago. It was one of those, 'I'll never need this' required courses. 3 years later i'm in spain in the military on a train with 50 college girls thinking, 'WHY didn't I pay attention!?!'
Wow. Both sets of scales came out amazing! Looks like Amazon is still out of stock on that EF970. As soon as they come back in I'm definitely getting one and it's likely going to see the dye pot as well.
@@rustyminer I'm pretty impressed how the red completely masked the original colors, so that would be my top choice for now. Maybe like a sapphire blue? I guess I'll have to get the knife in hand first lol.
