Looks like a type of power oscillator to drive the coil. Most induction cook tops use about 30 KHZ to 50 KHZ depending on particular design. They control the intensity by changing duty cycle in combination with on off cycling. I myself never thought to build such a project.
It is felting like you have used other resistance and you are giving us different resistance .

@@user-hu8mz9wl5fWell done with computations. To continue the computation further to 3000 watt, the current required shall be around 300 amp. As far as maths, it's ok, but 300 amp is huge and will require very very thick wire. Not a practical solution to use a thin wire as shown in the vdo to flow 300 amp!
