    Nice, it's been so long i though it might never finally happen!! Now that's closer to Mazzilli's "Royer ZVS" for Tesla "FLYBACK TRANSFORMER"...
    It only makes sense, except i'd try either to conceive my own "flux concentrator" mix or just pick one that is sold as a pre-mix paste, ready to cure in an oven.
    Curing makes a paste shrink but that may still prove handy if in need for specific core shapes, an "L" shape for example, where the main difficulty is to obtain repeatable result, though possibly not precise enough in absolute numbers. But i'd still expect a set from a same batch to all meet a same final cured shape and that might open a door of its own because i find most tempting to leave behind the selecoïd model with only 1 flux vector while using multiple poles the number shall grow quite fast... Take 6 poles, that's already 6 flux vectors all different from their immediate neigbours; pile up 2 layers of 6 poles and now that's 18 flux vectors! But what for exactly??
    Well, i theorize that spreading/redistributing electrical stresses between a dozen coils wound around 2 sets of 3-Phase "U-core" flux concentrators would translate into additional sturdiness, since each coil only gets a small fraction of the total energy... I figure the heating would be more even with less electrical stress and consequently less EMI too. Moreover, with flux concentration in a toolbox it's now OKay to imagine thinner workcoil designs solving both the EMI and sturdiness/reliability challenges, euh... Ah, and by the way...
    D.C. states are essentially FORBIDEN since energy is only transfered by an A.C. field anyway. This can be turned into a major advantage by building self-protection right into the power stage. Last week i stumbled on an old post exploiting the RF Choke to modulate IH driving, which makes me think it's also OKay to expect galvanically-isolated probing capable of generating amplitude, frequency and phase signals. Which is where a "watch-dog" timer can fit in beautifully by it simplicity, e.g. because a D.C. state will fail to regenerate its cycle before the forbiden "timeout" reset. Starting from there it's easy enough to imagine a slow yet powerful Solid-State Relay in control of the B+ line to one's resonator. Not to mention insertion/removal of a workload will cause a change of frequency/phase on top of a boost of amplitude in the secondary of that RF Choke...
    Add a permanent "bias " field (from a magnet) and it should become possible to "kick" a workload with "scan" pulses to perform some calibrating procedure, to optimize energy transfer hopefully... Echoes of the energy bursts should reflect changes relative to the "Curie effect", e.g. when temperature modifies magnetic properties, and consequently an echo destined for a "pickup" secondary i presume. While in present of said magnet it's reasonable to expect "microphonics" to occur, then one goes thinking about "Tap Commands", using the workload itself to command the IH Driver...
    Etc., etc. Good day, have fun!!

    Интересное явление. Я думал изоляция на катушке буде гореть но она даже не плавится .Вообщем эксперимент зачётный ,продолжай так и дальше. Предлагаю провести эксперимент с нагревом воды до кипения обычным нихромовым нагревателем и индуктивным нагревателем. а затраченную энергию контролировать через обычный счётчик электроэнергии,мы же по такому счётчику платим за потреблённую.энергию. Успехов в дальнейших экспериментах.

      При прочих равных условиях нихром однозначно выигрывает. Нет потерь на преобразование энергии в генераторе и на электромагнитное излучение.
      Замечания автору: использовать метизы из магнитных материалов недопустимо в генераторах ВЧ. Они будут нагреваться и снижать КПД. Крепление индуктора и транзисторов должно быть только немагнитным.
      Конденсаторы должны быть подключены толстым медным проводом для отбора тепла. При длительной работе конденсаторы нагреваются и выходят из строя со взрывом.

      Yes. Ferrite is not suitable for such a high frequency and loss of eddy current will be more and ferrite core will be heated up.

Böyle bi devre nasıl olur anlatırsan veya yaparsan çok sevinirim...Kolay gelsin şimdiden...

    İlk testte 13.9 v ile yaptık 1.9 A boşta çekmişti. Yeni tasarımda da aynı voltajda denememiz gerekiyordu. Voltaj arttığında akım düşer. Yeni tasarımın 13.9 v ile çektiği akımda bir avantajımı olmayacak sanırım. 20v ile yapılan test önceküne göre daha az akım çektiği yanıltıcı sanırım. Tekrar ölçüp değerleri belirtirseniz sevinirim. Devreyi yapmayı düşünüyorum bu arada

    esse equipamento já existe em tamanhos bem grandes e até extremamente grandes, é muito usado na indústria, quando o técnico de manutenção mecânica vai trocar os rolamentos das máquinas, o novo rolamento que vai entrar na máquina não pode ser batido, então coloca na máquina de aquecimento indutivo igual a sua do vídeo porem em tamanho super grande, o rolamento é aquecido o técnico usando luvas para se proteger do calor coloca o rolamento no eixo sem bater graças a dilatação por ter aquecido .
