Antagonistic characters should not be an indicator that the actors would necessarily dislike each other. The opposite holds true as well. After watching so many House clips, I decided to watch the entire series all over again. Currently near the middle of season 7 and realizing once again what a fantastic character Gregory House was and how amazing Hugh Laurie is

A House movie would be essential in 2020. A 90min case solving after House left the hospital at the end of the series. The (one of the) team would catch up again for a case (House would be chasing them to come back, since "they are good doctors"), Wilson would be still alive, Cuddy would yell at house because he rushed into her house, and the governement would need House's help with a senator or the president. Spiced up with House jokes, "dont care" moments and great solved case ending. Who's in?

Lisa Edelstein left the show because of money issues, not some fake "didn't want to do that any more" line. Cost-cutting when the show went beyond the originally planned 7 seasons caused the producers to demand pay cuts. She refused. Good for her.
Obviously, he could do a great job. The only issue would be his age. He'll be 61 in a couple of months, so he'd be 62 at the earliest when he took over. That's not only 5 years older than any other Doctor, it's a hell of a lot of work to carry a show like that. He might not want to have that kind of workload into his mid/late 60s

I watched House because of Wilson. Long suffering, Wilson put up with a load of crap from House. Robert Sean Leonard was the perfect foil to Houses’s antics. House was actually dependent upon Wilson. The show wouldn’t be so enjoyable with the character of Wilson.
To me it’s the opposite. Wilson was quite annoying and I could tell the actor wasn’t that interested in playing him. But in later seasons Wilson lectured less and had more life of his own so was more tolerable even if his screentime increased unfortunately.
I've seen the show already but I can imagine that the people who haven't yet finished watching the series would have greatly appreciated a spoiler warning

I understood the main reason Lisa left after S7, is that they wanted to do one (last) season with paycuts. She did not accept that, which I clearly understand. And so she got written off the series.
I would have to say Dr Wilson because he was in the middle of all the dynamics that Dr House brought to the show. Dr Wilson was always there no matter the circumstance and that what a true friend should be in real life as well.
I have researched myself about Kutner. I missed the before and after of him. But definitely the character that I miss the most is House. Probably because I'm just like him. Everyone tells me this. I have by now watched all 8 seasons five times already.
Some of the best episodes of House are those when he is in the Rehabilitation Unit and Prison. The programme where the Cello player returns to being normal is very touching.

Hugh Laurie nailed the character right with his outstanding acts, but without the other actors, the show wouldn't have been great, I actually missed all of them because the outcome of plots , story n their relationship was awesome
I miss them all because they all made this show so incredible. I work in medicine so shows that are so overly dramatic are of no interest me so House that yes you see medicine and the fight to win over illness/injury but it is even more so about the behind the scenes and the struggles which is what is so infectious (pardon the pun) it was a total package.
