    Just wanted to say thanks for the tutorial. I do 360 photos with my DSLR and didn't even know my Mavic could do it. Downloaded Litchi today and going to go out and test it thanks to your awesome tutorial my man. Keep up the good work!

    I didn't know the mavic could do this. Thanks for the video.
    11:45 - In the blended and fused version the bridge is a normal bridge. In the regular stitch-up the bridge has transformed into either a drawbridge or a sweet, Dukes of Hazard style jump. Buckle-up.

    Hi Dylan. none of the other videos I found showed how the stitching off of the device works. I've done this with the Go4 app and the stitching stinks! You can't export an interactive 360 image. This is great! Thank you sir.

    Great Video but when I tried it, I received a message on Hugin that read: The project covers a big brightness range, but Hugin could not automatically detect any stacks. Consider assigning stacks manually in the panorama editor to help Hugin to process the panorama. Do you know what this means?

    Hi Dylan! Awesome video, thank you very much. After your video I decided to take the lead and download the litchi app. It works perfectly but somehow the Hugin program does no stitch my photos, it says that I have a wide range of brightness and that Hugin could not automatically detect any stacks. Is there any configuration I should do in the Mavic (camera settings, exposure, etc) or in the Hugin?? Is it probably because I'm taking my shots in RAW format, should I take in JPEG?? Thank you very much in advance, once again awesome video, must follow!

    With iOS11, there’s a screen recording function now. So you can now screen record with your iPhone . Apple added an awesome new screenshot tool to iOS 11 that practically makes the upgrade worth the price of admission alone. But, Apple also added a new Screen Recording tool. Meaning, instead of taking a boring screenshot and drawing on it with digital ink, you can now record and narrate your iPhone or iPad screen.
    To use the new screen recording feature, you'll first need to add the feature's button to Control Center. Open Settings > Control Center > Customize Controls then tap the green plus button next to Screen Recording.

    Great video and very informative. I did notice a difference in the blended vs regular panos. If you look closely at the bridge, you will see that even though the car is ghosted the bridge does not have the odd angle in it. Just thought that might help people see the difference in the two.

    hi Dylan, Do you use a special plugin in Photoshop? Reason I ask is I have the older PS7 and when I edit my image, FB no longer recognizes it as a pano. Yet, if I upload the same image before I do anything in PS, FB recognizes it just fine as a 360 pano.
    I know my PS 7 is old. But just curious if you are using a plugin or something else in PS to do what you are doing. I've followed this video step by step.
    I know I probably need to upgrade PS.

    Well, that answers your need to screen capture! Spendy App but I guess for all that it does, makes it worth it? What other things does that App do besides 360 deg. screen capture.....? I'm sure too early to tell but I've heard you have to be careful when DJI updates their system/software, as Litchi might be a little behind and you could have some issues, until Litchi catches up with the integration of their updates. Cool App. otherwise and wondered what the hype is all about.

    • @deeyung
      @deeyung  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Daniel Levesque Thanks for the kind words. I believe it does. I tapped to focus on between shots and should have mentioned that but I just did it as a "make-sure" tactic. I'll do some more pano's in the future and will see if it's necessary or not.

    • @bertwillcreative
      @bertwillcreative 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      @superan @dylanyoung I've used these feature a half dozen times and feel tapping to focus right in between shots does make a difference and the end result is a much crispier photo. It's kind of a nuisance and the timing has to be just right... but it's worth it.

    • @bertwillcreative
      @bertwillcreative 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      sidenote: Litchi app was made prior to the tap to focus feature was introduced to the DJI drones, so they probably never updated the app to autofocus, since tap to focus was never really a thing.

I tried taking photos with the settings it had and when it stitched in hugin it was very grainy and there were visible curves that didn’t stitch correctly. Does anyone know if I’m doing something wrong and I’m not in the right place or how to get those missing settings?

    If you resize the canvas, 2:1, set the canvas to expand from the top only. Press ctrl select the layer to select the image, the inverse selection, expand selection 20 pixels or so, then press, shift delete and do content aware delete, this will fill in the sky. This will give a full 360 picture. If your posting them to google earth it seems to not be maps approved if its over 50mb.
