I need to do an updated video for this but in short if you install the latest multicore on the device it will automatically have the screen tearing fix enabled. The easiest way to to do it is within the latest version of the Tadpole app, which I believe is 1.3.3 (last time I checked). It should be listed in OS>Firmware>Multicore Alpha v0.10. Load it like you would the main firmware and be sure to rebuild the Multicore ROM list afterwards. Then safely remove and you're good. I would make sure you've already updated the main firmware to the latest first before doing this though*

This page github.com/Dteyn/Datafrog_SF2000_Vanilla , has the vanilla image and all of the instructions that you need so that you can flash it, then you should be able to use the latest version of the Tadpole Application to customize as you wish.

    • @snoleygames
      @snoleygames  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Well thank you kindly. 🙂 As far as box art, to be honest I just used Google search for each game and chose images tab in Google. Once I find an image I like I right clicked it and saved image if it was a JPEG. If it's an unusable format I just use the built in program Snipping Tool and cut it out, then save it as a JPEG. I hope this helps. 🙂

    • @snoleygames

      Hmmmm, I'd weigh the options. For $30 more than what this device is going for you can get a more powerful handheld with better performance and compatibility. But on the other hand, for $20 or less this one isn't that bad. Just have to tinker with it a bit. SNES and GBA are definitely hit or miss with performance. Everything else pretty much plays as expected.

      I only see a .exe for Windows unfortunately so it looks like you'll need to dual boot with Windows.

      The bootloader fix helps prevent that.

      Hello there. That ROM wasn't included on the stock image, however I did try to add it via Tadpole and via the ROMs folder and neither would work sadly. It does have KOF '95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 2000, and 2004 Special Edition though. Those seem to run decently. Or were you asking me to showcase them?

      SNES snd GBA are still hit or miss but there seems to be some improvement. There have been updates and new firmware options since this video has come out. I need to do an updated video in the near future. Thanks for watching and commenting 🙂

      I have the multicore 0.10 bevoure the fix it was hit en mis after the heat pack fix everything works also the GBA and SNES .I think it's not a software issue but an overheating thing. I have some games that don't work but they don't start at all
