To All,, Tip after making one of these Kayak Canopy's yes it does help with shade ,,, (( BUT IS ALSO ACTS LIKE A PARACHUTE )) dragging behind you on Windy Days !!! Much harder to peddle into the Wind !!
@@ihoppoet Well just my opinion maybe it's because I'm 145 lb and 70 year young and try to average 12 miles per-hour ? OH,, and I live in Texas and here when the wind is at 10 or 12mph,, we say,,,, ( hey no wind today) LOL
Hello ihoppoet great video, I just have some questions on this updated you added one more Conduit hangers to make it three (3) now right, okay now you put 2 1/2 inch nuts zinc, are is it 2: 1/2 inch nut zinc and on the bolt is it 11/2inch bolt or 1: 1/2 inch bolt, and also can you put the link to home depot like you did for all the others parts list and also where do I get the bungee cords and the leather strips you use with the conduit hangers, and sorry one more thing what do I do with the third conduit hanger?
What kind of solar charger is that? Also can you charge a phone with it? Your Videos inspire me I am a 911 dispatcher and my trike is my outlet. I live in south FL and will be doing a 112 mile round trip next month.
it's a SUAOKI 60w, and it's junk, I had a small dji spark drone battery hooked to it for 2 days and nothing. Riding from Miami to Key West is a dream of mine. I love Florida.
Jason it would be a lot better if you stopped the music one competes against the other I am nearly deaf and cannot hear what you say have use those annoying subtitles that do not always catch the right words spoken.
Thanks for the great idea! I live in the desert where 100+ is common in the summer, so this will be very useful.
That is really cool. Good job on the modifications.
Thank you. Your lane saver is pretty awesome.
Nice modifications Jason!
Thank you James. Glad you liked it.
Very nice updates. Maybe you can put some velcro to it, so you can mount things to it.
That's a good idea.
It's funny how closely our canopy set ups are without ever seeing each other's set up before making them.
