From what I've seen, the best way to take off a binder safely without damaging you or the binder is overhead crossing method you might use to take off a t-shirt. Your left hand grips the right back handle and your right hand on the left back handle and you lean forward as far as you can and pull, and it doesn't damage the binder or yourself and is said to be much easier to do.

My worst fear is that im getting my binder tomorow of my cousin (bc not out to parents that im non binary) and that im gonna get stuck putting it on and then asking my parents for help.that would be a nightmare😖

it's fine I put my first new binder on in a Tesco toilets miles away from anyone I knew all you have to do is stay calm and bend down so your head is near the floor or up to your knees grab each shoulder with your opposite hands eg left hand on right shoulder right hand on left shoulder then carefully pull the binder over your head

Theres potential you may have it one size too small.. but if its not, one thing to help stop the uniboob look... once you've got it on, pull the binder down from the front so its settled & comfortable, & then pull each side of your chest to the side/up a little to spread it out more so its more even.. also remember cis males aren't fully flat anyway, so your shape can help to create the look of pecs. Lemme know how it goes!😄

sports bras? I've heard that wearing two sports bras on top of each other can flatten the chest well but still let you breathe. it's probably also bad for you, but less so than wearing a binder
