Gen Z vow to resume demos on Sunday in the Saba Saba spirit

Despite calling off today’s protests, Gen Z have vowed to regroup and protest on Sunday in line with the Saba Saba movement. To tame paid goons infiltrating their peaceful anti-government protests they have urged fellow youths to come out in large numbers to subdue criminals. A section of youths on the X space have disregarded President Ruto’s meetup on Friday, asking him to first address their grievances to the letter.
