How to place custom blocks in Minecraft(JAVA)

Today I will show you how to place blocks on armour stands heads. This sort of stuff is how custom mobs are made which i will hopefully make a video on shortly.
COMMANDS:

@@Shadowwalker395 can you make one but in bedrock edition? and can you make it so that the fireballs don't explode because I am making a fireball fight map like on zeqa and I want to be able to fireball jup without taking damage. And maybe even a video on how to disable fall damage? pls?

Hmmm, I can definitely try although it may be a bit tricky to work out.

So I tried with the fireball one, and I dont think I will be able to make it since there is no way to summon a fireball directly and hence I can disable any explosions or anything
