- Jenifer Bamuturaki, the Chief Executive Officer of Uganda Airlines was today handed over to Police at Parliament to record a statement in relation to contradictions in her academic documents. This was after Bamuturaki failed to present her UCE certificate and the academic transcript from Makerere University, which she would have needed to present before taking on her position as CEO of the National Carrier. #NTVNews #NTVTonight #NTVWeekendEdition

Let her produce the book in which all the graduands for the year are listed and if her name is found there then it will be confirmed that she went to Makerere and the rest will start from there.

This is all forgeries of highest order and according to her, papers from A_Z don't belong to his lady and the only thing the parliament should do, have her sacked instead continuing making losses to the National airline

If someone has a certificate, why ask for a transcript? Why do politicians keep going down useless rabbit holes? For them it's not work until they find some head-turning scandal.

@@afroasmr732 I think at that point they should take it up with Makerere University. The lady said she has been head-hunted for half of the positions she has held. What will the transcript prove? What exactly are they looking for?

It's unfortunate that in today's Uganda, those with less academic levels are more understanding than those with more academic levels. Most of the richest people in Uganda have no PhD in economics, or commerce but they are making it far better than the economics lecturers at Makerere. So, I am beginning not to believe in books. Just let Bamuturaki be. The only issue i have with her is the losses in the airline. And we can help her make profits. As simple as that. Just let Bamuturaki be.
What's wrong with you? She's not competent to run the airlines, it's not some personal business where you go around talking with experience

@@gevs4487 you see, we need experts in, and you are right about people having qualifications. But, if someone has that expert experience, then we need them on board. I am doing a masters at the moment, but every time I go to Katwe and see what those uneducated boys do there, I begin to think that it is not all about going to school. Most of the car spare parts used in Uganda are made by those not highly qualified boys in Katwe. I mean, don't limit yourself to academic qualifications. I wish we debated verbally about this. But you are also right.

I wish before you burn out dear Bamuturaki, just go and see how much time it takes to get your transcript at makerere. You will be shocked that it takes ages. Maybe, if this changed yesterday. But, I think we should be asking her for the losses in the airlines, not these silly questions of academic documents. If we were to go to parliament and ask the 500 MPs there, only 100 will come up with genuine academic documents. I know our area MP who was threatened to be sued by Kahinda, and he ran to a certain small university and got those papers. Just leave Bamuturaki alone. How many times do we call you MPs before meetings after you have increased your salaries. You think we don't see you? If she is eating, let her eat it.

But also, I don't understand Kazindas case, so, I can't argue about it. But, sometimes, it's not all about academic qualifications, I am doing a masters but those uneducated young boys in Katwe making different car spare parts make me think otherwise. You import a brand new car today, tomorrow it gets a problem, but a certain young uneducated boy down in Katwe or Kiseeka listens to it, and then repairs it there and then. Why not take the matter up to Makerere University the school she claims to have attended and find out more than staying here trying to force the truth out of her. She might be telling the truth and at the same time, she might be lying. So find out from another source pls.

She says she's been given time to wait by the University until they find her transcript. I think she meant that she's been given time to wait until they CREATE or fabricate one for her now that her reputation has been put on flames.
No one who has been to University including myself has ever graduated without receiving a PhD/Degree/Diploma/Certificate and an academic transcript. There's surely a lot of lies she's peddling around, and to consider that I held her in high esteem before makes me wonder what had gotten into me. Wabula abanaUganda bayaaye!
