i still used i5 2400 5600xt, when i play shadow of tomb raider 1080 high can 60+ fps , ultal 45~60 . need for speed heat 60fps sometimes 1% low 45fps ; i a little bit to chane to 4770 or E3 . and it have avx2 . ????
For casual gaming the i5 2400 can still do it. It performed quite fine in Fortnite, Apex Legends, Raibow Six Siege. And I found that quite a few games that list more powerful CPUs in their requirements will still run fine on it.
@@brutecomb4845 Glad to hear about the RX 470. If you'll upgrade, at some point, you'll still be able to use that GPU. I played a bit on the (slightly, just slightly faster) RX 570, and that thing can still do 1080 low, medium and in some cases high settings, no problem.

@@oldertechtoday I can play most games on medium to high settings its just the cpu that sometimes let the fps go way down
