Strong Pop-Up Storms | June 9th 2024

I didn't expect much from today, and I forgot to record a short of the rain from the night before, but this day surprised me. Multiple strong pop-up thunderstorms formed. It reminds me of the August 17th pop-up thunderstorms in 2022. I did see a lightning flash from this and heard some thunder but I didn't get any on video unfortunately. The frequency of the lightning also decreased by the time it reached us too.
The first round of storms was before the first radar loop and that was heading towards Batavia and while we were in Batavia, and the 2nd round was around the East Amherst area.
