I like the detail that Loona was eating the whole time, and her and her friends were dressed as food because hellhounds are Gluttony-born. And M&M attack each other because they're from Wrath.
Too true! Another person pointed out that Blitz was likely trying to initiate some Wrath-style Sinsmas-ing with the way he woke up Stolas, too (e.g. flipping the couch with him still on it), only stopping when it quickly became clear Stolas had no idea why he did it.
@@LoliLover36669Mox was raised in Greed but I'm pretty sure he was born in Wrath. Based on what he told Millie's dad. "I was born here too, I have some fight in me" Also Blitz spending Sinsmass at work could indicate he's from Greed but I might be reaching.
@@Tari_Ebon Also worth noting that Blitz says "Their birth sin or any sin they want really", most likely Moxie celebrates wrath for both his birth origin but *also* because Millie is wrath born and raised so it's celebrating *with* her
Stolas punching out Andrealphus was so satisfying. Also, I love the parallels between Octavia's song and Stolas' lullaby, "You Will Be Okay," and how the lyrics get twisted.
When via says stolas didn't hesitate when he had the chance to leave, she's actually talking about him running to save blitz in general. He went to save blitz filly expecting to die, even putting his head on the thing willingly. So when she says he chose blitz and didn't hesitate, she is basically saying "you were immediately ready to die for him without even thinking about living for me"
That was easily the weakest part of the episode for me, the amount of times Stolas expressed his love to Octavia and reassured her Blitz is not going to get inbetween it all, she still decided to have an outburst which was completely nonsensical
i heard a theory in another comment section that the reason stolas looked so horrified when millie and moxxie were playing around was because owls can sens when other animals are pregnant.
@@dramspringfeald Dude that would be crazy if he was mostly just worried that she's doing all this while pregnant lol. His fatherly instincts apply to even unborn children I guess.
44:21 My theory as to why Mili is sad about her pregnancy is that she is the most skilled hand to hand fighter in the group. And being pregnant will significantly limit her ability to do that. Which in turn will make Mili feel useless and create fear that the rest of the group will abandon her.
The reaction that Millie had regarding the pregnancy is actually more realistic, especially given hers and moxies job and they are barely a year into their marriage. But realistically, her being scared and worried is what a lot of women experience when finding out, rather then jumping for joy, especially if it was an unplanned pregnancy. We also don’t know if Moxie would even WANT to be a dad, either for what he experienced growing up his dad or any other reason.
44:00 I mean her whole life she's been fighting, and the last few years deadly fights has literally been her job, plus she regularly has to save moxie or blitz, getting pregnant and having a kid would DRASTICALLY effect that
@wombat4583 There's lots of reasons why she'd be upset about getting pregnant before we even get to whether or not she actually wants kids, it could go either way or multiple ways. Growing up with lots of siblings doesn't mean you won't want kids, I think she probably either never gave it much thought at this point in her life or just didnt want it to happen at this point. You can want kids & still be upset when it happens unexpectedly.
Really? I thought he had a...thing...with his sister. He could be bi though. Not why he's a total asshat though, he's an idiot. Some inbreeding may have happened already 😂
Blitzø scribbled himself out. He hated/s himself so he couldn’t stand to see himself around people he cares about because he’s worried he’ll break them like how he’s broken.
26:27 The most important moment of the series so far. This is when Blitz realizes that family is the greatest thing you can have and what he truly wanted all this time. Just to be with someone he cares for and to be there for them. The fact that he even thinks of Octavia being with them shows that he cares for her and wants the best for her and would probably open up to her if she sat down for a moment to listen but rightfully so as in position of the kid. You have been lied to so many times you can't tell if they are being genuine anymore. Blitz giving Stolas a hug is just precious because now its not even about sex anymore or hooking up. Its trying to be there for them any moment you have until your gone and they are too. Definitely one of the best moments in the series so far in character development wise.
They really nailed Octavia's movements. She's...afraid of Stolas. When a kid feels genuinely betrayed by their parent, they just cannot let themselves feel vulnerable to them. And she's so, so right to feel that way, because from her perspective, she doesn't know how raw of a deal Stolas had. To her, he decided to run off with his Imp lover because he was sick of their marriage.
Question.... Have you been posting this comment on every helluvaboss reaction to this specific episode? Bc I swear I've seen this exact comment on like two other reactor's videos
But staying with the mother that willingly and unabashedly uses you just to torment your father is a better choice??? I'm sorry, but I stand by the fact that her actions ONLY make sense if Stolas NOR Stella told Via of her place and powers as a Goetia. If they did she'd at least have some idea of the social "role" her father was forced to take and that his first choice as a man who doesn't care about that was to save the first person he ever loved. He never forgot about Via, but for the first time in his life, he's thinking of himself first, and that's NOT selfish. Via refusing to hear her dad when he's the only one who's tried to care doesn't make logical sense
To Via after she found Stolas' "Happy Pills," she must have felt that all those happy moments with her dad were lies. That he was just putting on a face and pretending. That Stolas never really loved her too, just like he didn't love Stella. With Blitz, Via saw different sides of her father not she had never seen before. He was a different person to her; someone she thought she knew but didn't. And again, he was never like this with Stella. And let's add that maybe she didn't know that her parents were in an arrange marriage and that they never really cared about each other to begin with. That's how marriages in the olden times (and some marriages now) were like. "This isn't about love, it's about MARRIAGE!" A partnership where both parties gain something. That's how good Stolas was a shielding his daughter from the truth, so in a weird way everything in her life was a lie. It was a lie to protect her, but it was still a lie. I know someone who no longer loved their partner but didn't divorce because they wanted their children to be raised by both parents. And even though they didn't love each other like they still did they were still friends, but other cases aren't always like this. And when kids notice this or when the parents' divorce ends messy, they start to wonder if it was their fault. Did you stay miserable, just to make me happy? Did I do something to cause this? Was it that easy to leave the moment you got a chance? That child ends up feeling guilty, and they might wish that they never existed. Then with the execution, Stolas was ready to die for Blitz but what about living for his daughter? Again, a call back to Loo Loo Land, where he said, "when I'm gone, you'll be okay." Yeah, but she won't be okay right now.
@@RenNightrain I think its because by now she should have known that it was her mom that made him use those. She sees them fight for that long, sees them gloat about how he cant see her, and never thinks that they are the root of her dads mental state. Its not like they hide that fact either. So its odd how she acted there. Any normal child in her spot should be upset with both but more so blame the mom for all this. As out of the 2 Stolas is the only one to makes an effort. The mom only does it to spite Stolas and couldnt care less for Via.
@@umbralflow6883ya that’s the one thing that makes no sense to me. That she still blames stolas even tho she can clearly see Stella being the antagoniser in everything. I don’t understand how she turns a blind eye to Stella abusing her father right in front of her and goes to blaming blitz and stolas. How she cannot understand that blitz actually treats stolas with the love he so desperately lacks with Stella is so baffling to me. She’s not blind, this episode we literally see her watching Stella make fun of stolas. She’s literally watching blitz and stolas be close and lovey, she’s seen it last time she was with them too. Is she stupid??? I would understand her hating stolas if she never saw any of these things, and if Stella put up a caring loving act in front of her every time. But Stella doesn’t do that. Octavia is 17 years old. Even I could understand nuance at that age. I’m only 19, I can’t comprehend why vivzie is writing her as if she’s 12. If she gonna act more like she’s 12 than 17, might as well have made her 12 years old. Her behaviour would make more sense writing wise
@@umbralflow6883There are literally irl examples of things like this happening where one parent is so obviously spiteful of the other & the other is a good parent, but the kid side with the spiteful one. It's because they were lied to & manipulated, to the point where they can see their parent do terrible, sometimes downright evil things to the other & they think it's deserved or they don't care. Via has been with Stella for a month & we don't know what Stella & Andre have been saying to her. We see Stella hug Via & she actually looked sad, maybe she acts more sympathetic around Via enough to where her anger seems more understandable. We also know Via would spend time with Stella before & we don't know what Stella was like when Via was younger. We dont actually know what her childhood was like, but she believed they were happy at one point.
@@emikusz Nah, the community is very divisive on maturity, life experience, and emotional intelligence. I find that there's also a lot of overlap with those people as the same people who defended Bliz no matter what he did while blaming everyone else in the show or saying how anyone else was somehow worse like a blanket statement. Unfortunately, age is merely more opportunities for growth and insight and yet so many people refuse to in certain respects. As proof beyond this fandom and into the general public, just go visit the average forum for family dynamics in regards to remarriage, dating with children, widows, etc. and you'll see how many people can only see their own side while giving to grace to the other. It's a toxic wasteland.
When Millie first threw up I thought maybe the Christmas Spirit was affecting her, because you know it’s a holy holiday. But then when she bit Moxxie’s head off like that I figured out immediately that she was pregnant. Throw up, mood swings, and wanting to try new things is a bunch of signs of pregnancy.
I thought it was because she saw the angel statue at first lol. But in hindsight, they literally encountered angels before and she never had that sort of reaction. The angel statue must have been a red herring.
And the fact that she switched to guns towards the end, when she’s literally always using melee weapons... I hope that means something about what she’s going to do about this.
I thought so too, but it actually makes more sense that Loona did it if you think about it. Yeah Blitz has self loathing issues. But most of the time hes is the one taking the picture and leaning into the shot to be seen in it. One photo is literally just him leaning in to take a photo of himself with Loona...and shes growling at him during it. Also only the physical photos have his face crossed out. But he doesn't crop or cross himself out of any of the photos of himself in his phone photos. He is the one actively taking the selfies most of the time. And we know Loona wasn't always so openly loving calling him Dad and whatnot. She actively told him "I didn't need you then asshole, and I don't now". Showing just one of many examples that she wasn't thrilled to be adopted even though it could have very well saved her life. Its more likely she crossed him out to lash out. ... Side note: to clarify the saving her life bit. You don't "age out" of a dog pound. You get put to sleep. Which explains her fear of needles. The lady at the pound openly says "Good riddens if you ask me, she will never amount to anything much" Implying that she wont be able to amount to anything even after she "ages out". Which makes no sense unless you consider it means she will be euthanized.
nah, Blitz did it himself. Stolas started covering himself up on pictures later too (Full Moon). And it stayed this way now too becaud he left Via, whatever.. but like it was just what they did. They wanted pictures with their loved ones bit they aren't their loved one.
It probably was Blitz and not luna because in the last episode, the picture of their first job doesn't have Blitz scratched out, and it was in the file cabinet at luna's desk
"The Prince's knight needs his sword." Stolas is the prince. Blitz is the knight. Moxie is bringing the sword to Blitz. I'm actually surprised at how many reactors didn't get that.
10:04 A lot of us grew up on 90 and 2000's cartoons which are head and shoulders above most of what comes out these days with a few exceptions. Helluva Boss is like a grown up version of that formula we love while still being original, creative and familiar. For those of us who've been following this for the last 5 years when the Pilots for Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss first aired we've basically grown up with them indeed
This episode made me feel so sorry for Octavia and made me really hate Stella. Her smug smile and refusing to let Octavia talk to her own father, she is truly a monster. Also seeing Andrealphus get punched by Stolas was very satisfying but i hope Stella gets what's coming to her soon.
can we talk about the way Blitzø looks at Stolas in this episode? I think it was the cutest and sweetest thing. the way he can feel his pain as his own is just... crazy
Via's not stupid, but she hasnt gotten the full context. right now Stella looks like a victim and that's why she acts how she does, but Via has no idea the kind of woman Stella is, and when she does, she might very well be willing to hear Stolas out. but right now she is hurt and angry, trying to understand how/why this all happened. and that is justifiable on so many levels,
46:17 This comment is said so many times in divorces where the father doesn't get to see their sons until they are 18, and it's really sad seeing them lose hope, but, even more sad is that sometimes, they are right, sometimes time makes them lose their sons. Can't believe they went with such raw and realistic situations, and the way they handled them was flawless. What a great way to end the season
Divorce is such a difficult thing for everyone involved. I remember reading at some point that one of the cruelest realities we wake up to as adults is that our parents are just as screwed up and confused as we are. And I feel like going through that process of divorce really forces kids to realize that a lot sooner than they really should need to. Especially a nasty, nasty divorce like this one.
We don't know for sure if Jesus is canon in the Hellaverse. However, we do know that Blitzø has a tendency to say "Christ on a stick." So even hellborn acknowledge his existence. Also, we know that St Peter (one of Jesus' disciples) is canon because he literally sang "Welcome To Heaven" in Hazbin.
Mine divorced when I was too little to remember them ever being together. So I didn't have to go through that part at least (that I can remember anyway) but I have been used as a pawn to hurt the other before
I was in kindergarten when mine got divorced... I can't imagine being actually mentally competent when your parents divorce, that's gotta be really rough :(
especially when so much has been hidden from Via, Stolas has done his damnedest to make sure that she had a NORMAL childhood. she just doesnt see the whole story right now.
Via didn't make the ice, Andre did. There's an ice barrier spell that stops Stolas from entering. You see it happen first when Stolas says "ugh, ice queen. How extra can you get?"
Millie is crying because she's not ready to become a mama. She is probably debating aborting the baby before Moxxie finds out. She wants to keep working, because she loves her job. Having many younger siblings, she knows a baby is a full-time commitment.
Something I think people did not notice is that Loona was eating a bunch of snacks and food when they went to the office because hellhounds are from the Gluttony ring, and Moxie and Millie were fighting because they are from the Wrath ring. They were celebrating Sinsmas by practicing their sins.
The kid rejecting its parental figure is a very strong story point and the heart wrenching voice acting really sells it, this isn't just a great scene but a real thing fathers go through with divorce and the worst part is even though they can comfort him as in saying she's just a teenager and will grow out of it. By the time she has grown out of it they'll still have 60+ years till they can even really see each other again unless she feels bad enough to reengage
Boss, Blitz is crossed out of those pictures in his house not cause Loona was in a phase but because Blitz did it himself, believing these happy pictures could only truly be happy if he wasn’t in them
I love how in a Octavia’s scene she finds every reason to still be upset. Like even when Stolas flat out tells her that she’s the best thing in his life, she twists it to be a bad thing. Twists that fact that he was depressed to fuel her pain. Because she has a right to be upset with this situation. She has a right to feel angry. But if she wasn’t angry at her dad, who has objectively had moments where head a bad father, she’d have no where to put that anger. And it’d force her to confront the reality of the whole situation. But she’s a teenager, who’s in pain, and not ready to feel everything just yet. She needs time to sit with it all, be angry, and then be sad. And just process. It’s so realistic, and so well written.
Millie's issue probably has to do with not feeling like they're financially stable enough for a kid. She watched her own parents raise her family without a lot of money, her mother gets on her case a lot when it comes to money, and she starts freaking out when the business starts failing and they aren't being paid. After the flashback in Ghostfuckers, it seems like her whole thing from the camp episode was driven by the fact that she didn't originally have many avenues for making money. She probably settled for just getting by and never considered ever needing more than that until the pregnancy.
It's also just scary. Even when you want a kid it's terrifying when the realization slams into you full throttle that the rest of your life will change drastically. You're no longer "you", you're a parent.
To be fair it was the whole Grimoire issue that caused this, if Stolas hadn’t let Blitz used the Grimoire, he wouldn’t have lost his title, he and Blitz would still have a chance to be a couple, he and Stella would still be divorced, he’d still be able to see Octavia. The downside though of course would be that Stella would still be trying to kill Stolas or hurt him in anyway, Octavia would still probably have a hard time processing her father being with Blitz, but at least she could see and visit him, and Blitz’s business would have too suffer a bit until he would get his hands on the Asmodean Crystal legally. But yeah, I can’t really take sides in this episode unfortunately.
Thank you, Nux, for understanding things through Octavia's lenses. So many dont understand because they're Stolas stans and birb boi can do no wrong and would rather call her stupid and hate her for it. But, as someone who has had to deal with divorced parents, that sh*t does traumatize you. If anything, Stolas literally proved her point. He chose Blitz over her... again. Offered no explanation. Rushed right after Blitz knowing he could die, and she was an afterthought.. again. I like Stolas. But we've gotta admit he's been a bad dad. Also, "if i was married to her, I'd become gay too" 😂😂😂😂 W Nux
MY guess with millie is she still has... deep rooted issues with being 'valuable' if you will. Depiste what blitz has said, she feels like she has to be 'useful'. I don't think her family is rseposnible for that, not entirely, but considering her mindset when she first met blitz, trying to make her own way really beat her down and may have left a good deal of trauma. being pregnant would remove her from the fight and she's probably afraid of being useless to people, especially her husband. its.. really selfish especially as we all know moxxie would be over the moon over having a kid with the woman he loves so much. and he'll be angry and confused if she tries to have an abortion or something.... i imagine that she won't but they'll deal with that question. ooooh i could also see this leading to conflict between millie and loona too considering loona's own trauma with not being wanted. i do think that milile will ultimately want the child and have em, simply cause her reasoning to not have it will be too selfish and she'll realize she'll want to be a mother. she has a loving husband, a surprisingly good if dangerous career, Blitz, possibly loona too, and of course her family. just cause it will put her out of the fight isn't a good enough reason.
So can someone explain something to me. Why is Octavia only mad at her father and not her mother and uncle that clearly don’t love her? Like I get she's mad at Stolas for "leaving" (except he didn't leave he was kicked out and is still desperately trying to be part of her life) but at the same time she's not stupid and can clearly see that he doesn't want to "leave" and her mother actively shown her no affection. Also why is Andrelphous so smug because I though Octavia inherits it all when she's 18.... in 1 year. I could be wrong about that though.
Octavia knows her mother isnt the best person in the world , but what she is mad about is that stolas broke his promise from loo loo land , in via's pov , she and stolas would remain together no matter what happened, that they would go through everything together no matter the difficulties , but he chose to sacrifice himself for blitzo and essentially leave her , and many people forget stolas was willing to die for blitz , if he really was killed , octavia would've been fatherless , this plus the antidepressants made via think stolas valued blitz more than her , and this hurts for via even more cause she probably knows blitz broke stolas' heart a few eps ago , so essentially, what saw was " my dad sacrificed himself for his ex and the same person he cheated on mother with " .
@@antoniocarlosoliveira9146 So I would agree with that, but the problem is the writing depicts it as she's mad because he left and left her alone. He was forced to leave and has actively tried to be a part of her life and it's clear she can go see him. As for giving his life up, yeah I cod see that as a point towards the abandonment, but she knows the IMP crew... at least a little bit so she should understand why he didn't want them to die. My big issue is that it seems Via is forgetting everything from her talk with Luna and actively choosing to close her dad off. He's not leaving her.... she left him.
When via says stolas didn't hesitate when he had the chance to leave, she's actually talking about him running to save blitz in general fully expecting to die. He went to save blitz filly expecting to die, even putting his head on the thing willingly. So when she says he chose blitz and didn't hesitate, she is basically saying "you were immediately ready to die for him without even thinking about living for me." She also kind of feels like an afterthought in a way. I mean, he didnt even call her immediately based on the beginning of the episode. I remember stella saying something about him *finally* trying to call her She knows what to expect from her mother and her uncle. She knows they suck.
@@kevinreilly4611 the thing is , he did leave via ( even if he didn't mean to ) , he went to that courtroom fully thinking he was going to die , and while at the end he was just banished , this left a deep emotial scar on via , because he chose to defend blitz ( his ex , now not ex ? ) , in her eyes , he could've stayed quiet , and i think she does remember the conversition with loona , but her emotional distress made her think stolas wasnt being reciprocal with her , after her talk with loona , via was Willing to give her dad chance like " hey , i know this divorce thing is being really stressfull for you , but i know you doing what you can to spend time with me and make me happy and loved " , and what does he do next ? He goes into a courtroom to sacrifice himself for blitz , so octavia right now feels alone and her song shows that , she doesnt like her mother and she wont chase her father down anymore , specially with the line " i will be ok when you are gone " , a callback stolas' line of " you will be ok when i'm gone " from his own song , so i theorize that via will have a "grow up" arc , where she will have to mature very quickly in order to inherit her tittle as a princess of hell ( via turned 17 in the year the series takes place just before it began , so her 18th birthday is probably a few months away considering it's sinsmas/christmas .
@@kevinreilly4611 he traded his life for blitz, via saw that he was willing to die for blitz leaving her alone, he said he would never leave her but he was willing to die to save blitz in an instant. from her point of view he abandoned her for blitz
Just occurred to me, Loona and Octavia have opposite dad issues right now. Loona didn't have a dad (or any parent) no permanent home till she was 17 when Blitz adopted her. Octavia on the other hand had a family, her dad, until she was 17 when all this is going down, and now her dad is forced out of her life. Loona grew up poor, Octavia grew up rich. This would get an even bigger parallel if the theory Loona is a royal demon's daughter turns out to be true (Namely Beelzebub's daughter), the theory going that Gluttony may have a law *Lust possibly having the same law* against raising children in that ring so if the parent(s) want to stay either one leaves to raise them in another ring, or the child has to go up for adoption. Loona's parent unable to leave due to their royal duties had to put them up for adoption (or some shadier twist like a governor/governess was hired but they put them up for adoption instead and claimed they ran off etc...),
I was thinking about this, and IDK if I'm giving the Ice Bird Too much credit.. So quite honestly, All Andy needed was for Blitz to Testify that Stolas gave him the Book and the end results would of been the same that it is currently. But Because Stolas Stopped the Execution himself and told Satan to spare Blitz and Punish him, This does show Octavia that He chose to sacrifice his life for Blitz and Leave her alone. Again, Maybe I'm giving the Ice Bird too much credit, but if that was his plan, Then DAYUM the Incest bird is smarter than I thought
4:55 what happened here it's basically what my mom did to me until I graduated graduation night I grabbed all my stuff except for my dog and moved in with my dad and it's the best decision I've ever made
So hey, remember when they were kids and Blitzø told Stolas he'd hire him someday? Just imagine, if Stolas hadn't messed up by having the woman come in immediately instead of making an appointment for later in the week, I.M.P. wouldn't have seen the family happily enjoying Christmas and might have actually done the job.

44:49 they likely had an agreement that if/when it happens he likely wanted her to quit assassin work, to protect them both, or something around the grounds
I also don't want Millie to hide the pregnancy, honestly this be a hell of a good way to show a supportive husband and asking what Millie wants to do with her body, it may cause some kind of tension in the relationship but showing Millie making a choice is awesome.
"Set a New Standard" Well thats new fancy Title Nuxanor. But I agree, it was THAT GOOD! As a comment I saw said "If Soap Opraras where this exciting we would watch more of them".
There is some symbolism going on with Heaven in the background. We saw it only once before that I know of when Blitz went to go see Stolas and they broke up, and now as they dance on the balcony.
btw, the theme playing when Stolas is approaching his frosty old home, is a reimagining of "Owl in a Cage", a song that Stolas sung to himself at the start of S2.
Knowing he’s a marquis in cannon is amazing considering in the lesser key of Solomon he actually is a marquis of the ars goetia. The title is higher than a duke or baron but lower than a prince
Andrealphus is my favourite villain in Helluvaboss. His animation is so fun and he's so cartoonishly evil that I cannot help but laugh. Seeing Stolas punch him was so cathartic.
I can understand Octavia's view. I was in a similar situation once with my dad before he passed away. Thankfully we reconciled before he passed and he apologized to me and my mom for what he did. Which we forgave him.
Honestly I feel like if anyone is going to get through to Octavia I would be loona, kind of like when octavia ran off to the human world, only loona would probably run into her by chance maybe after she gets a little clarity (like if Stella slips up and let’s something go about her and elsa-bird’s plans) but I could be wrong! Also I love how Sal immediately left not just the living room, but went out side so she could give Mille proper alone time so she could vent with out prying ears on Sally Mae’s end ❤
Rape is an act of wrath, not lust, which is why Asmodius doesnt do love potions. Rape is motivated primarily out of anger and/or a need to feel powerful by controlling, dominating, or humiliating the victim. Lust is an intense desire or craving between two people, usually of a sexual nature. However porn can also be an act of lust.
30:26 Stolas may not be able to cast spells but he can still cast hands.
Nah
Im using this in my next DnD session "I yell "I cast hands" & then I punch him in the face"
He can also cast Iron.

Yep. We all know someone like him, regardless of money, and they absolutely deserve a few slaps

That was easily the weakest part of the episode for me, the amount of times Stolas expressed his love to Octavia and reassured her Blitz is not going to get inbetween it all, she still decided to have an outburst which was completely nonsensical
i heard a theory in another comment section that the reason stolas looked so horrified when millie and moxxie were playing around was because owls can sens when other animals are pregnant.
that's interesting 😯
wow, they can??
Also, to continue with the theory, Stolas of the biblical source can too.
Also, also so can dogs

44:21 My theory as to why Mili is sad about her pregnancy is that she is the most skilled hand to hand fighter in the group. And being pregnant will significantly limit her ability to do that. Which in turn will make Mili feel useless and create fear that the rest of the group will abandon her.
Or, it's just the "oh crap"
Or she/Moxxie didn't want kids
I think it's that and their financial situation. They all seem to be pretty broke.
What💀 maybe, he got pregnant by someone (not moxxie)
@@suicune2001 she has an entire farm of family, that's not the concern.
44:00 I mean her whole life she's been fighting, and the last few years deadly fights has literally been her job, plus she regularly has to save moxie or blitz, getting pregnant and having a kid would DRASTICALLY effect that
She also grew up in a large family and just might not want kids.
Andy(the ice bird) is canonically gay.
Stolas finally realizing he's poor was the funniest part of this episode.
Really? I thought he had a...thing...with his sister. He could be bi though. Not why he's a total asshat though, he's an idiot. Some inbreeding may have happened already 😂
Him saying "You are so lucky you are hot, Stella" is equivalent to saying "If you weren't born pretty, you wouldn't have ANY good qualities."
@Stranger-A-K I know, I've always interpreted it that way.
stolas vs elsa
@Stranger-A-K And what’s “my aggressively attractive sister” code for?
Hold on when has she shown that shes scared of him shes mad not scared
@cocoaplayzgacha1577 lol me too
Are you a Bot? Because I’ve seen this exact post on nearly every reaction to this episode
Exactly. It's baffling people are hating her when she literally has a reason for how she's acting.
This falls apart when you remember that Stella _exists_ and has all the subtlety of a burning garbage truck barreling down the highway at 70 mph.
Gotta love how the Helluva Boss subreddit is currently hating on Via, yet EVERY SINGLE REACTION I've seen on this episode knows how Via sees all this.
I think a lot of people on that subreddit are younger than Via. At least I hope, people older than that should have some emotional intelligence.
"Kids don't understand logic; they understand who shows up." - How I Met Your Mother
41:50 the implication is that Blitz is the one who crossed himself out
I thought so too, but it actually makes more sense that Loona did it if you think about it.
I be surprised if blitz even knows how to edit his pic to cross them out on his phone
Yea he definitely did that himself
It probably was Blitz and not luna because in the last episode, the picture of their first job doesn't have Blitz scratched out, and it was in the file cabinet at luna's desk
"The Prince's knight needs his sword." Stolas is the prince. Blitz is the knight. Moxie is bringing the sword to Blitz.

"I hate your mother, never you"
She'd still argue and doubt beacuse teens are stupid, but she'd still know the truth, even if she wouldn't believe it.
I have to say, divorce at 17 is (has to be) way different from divorce in 6th grade (when I experienced it).
I'm 50 and I'm still fucked up from it. That and my dad becoming MAGA.

What a way to end season 2. This was a roller coaster of emotions, and it being on Sinsmas, a literal holiday of emotion made it even better.

43:39 Rich people parenthood vs poor people parenthood. Let's go!
25:48 And in Hell they say, I.M.P’s hearts grew three sizes that Sinsmas day.
For the record, Blitz is the one that crossed himself out of all his pictures with Loona and the gang because he hated himself so much before.

39:35 I don’t think I’ve seen a father daughter drama done better than this in a very long time
Me: have you seen season 2 of arcane yet

Stoles doesnt have any powers but still throws hands I love it 😂
To be fair it was the whole Grimoire issue that caused this, if Stolas hadn’t let Blitz used the Grimoire, he wouldn’t have lost his title, he and Blitz would still have a chance to be a couple, he and Stella would still be divorced, he’d still be able to see Octavia.
The animation really popped off in this episode!
I wonder if Blitz will find the pregnancy test in his trash and think it's Loona's. 😅
Someone already did a comic with that 😂

29:54 Wish Nux heard Stolas go bruahhhhhh when he dropped the statue on him. Chef kiss 😂 Bruahhhhhh or was it graaaaaahhhhh 😆
@@antoniocarlosoliveira9146
So I would agree with that, but the problem is the writing depicts it as she's mad because he left and left her alone.
I remember stella saying something about him *finally* trying to call her
She knows what to expect from her mother and her uncle.
Stolas going ham on the bird was legit great
Just occurred to me, Loona and Octavia have opposite dad issues right now.
Damn you copyright, making Nux gotta mute Octavia's song, its such a damn good song.
Andrealphus seriously just sounds like Squiliam but if he was a bird instead.

I just noticed the flag Blitz was waving for Stolas "I believe in you! You Go Gurl!" and of course the YASS QUEEN hat. Omg. love it!!!
So hey, remember when they were kids and Blitzø told Stolas he'd hire him someday?
Just imagine, if Stolas hadn't messed up by having the woman come in immediately instead of making an appointment for later in the week, I.M.P. wouldn't have seen the family happily enjoying Christmas and might have actually done the job.
sry to be off topic but @Nuxanor. I literally used Honey from your promotion to support you had I known about the "scam" I wouldn't and I hate theft if you need my information I AM WILLING to give it to you for that purpose. I smell a huge class action. I will testify.
39:00 broke me. That hasn't happened since the Fuhrer killed his son in FMA back in 2006. This episode is the best finale I've seen in a while. Awesome reaction dude.
That was the most beautiful and satisfying punch in animation history and I will not be accepting any arguments to the contrary.
Nux. As you can't play sound during songs. Consider putting the subtitles on.
Why can’t he
@HoloWolf_YT Comes with risks of demonitization and copyright strikes. The bots are pretty relentless when it comes to use of other people's songs.
Stolas Happy Pills reads "Belphagor hard candy"
I think this is the first time I'm first on one of your videos. So glad I watched the episode last night.
Holy moly
It was BLITZ going through a phase. "You don't know me, ME!"😂
This reaction was....HILAAAARIOUSSSS.......😂😂😂😂😂
It was great
"Set a New Standard" Well thats new fancy Title Nuxanor. But I agree, it was THAT GOOD! As a comment I saw said "If Soap Opraras where this exciting we would watch more of them".
Love this content nux, keep it up
20:19 he hit those notes tho💯🔥
As tall as one of those very tall horses
LMAO, these furries are losin it out here!
I love Stolas and Blitz's development. Great show.
One of greatest episodes and i think many people has seen themselves in some of the characters.
My jaw dropped when he said "they get sticky after you use them for a while"
Andrealphus is my favourite villain in Helluvaboss. His animation is so fun and he's so cartoonishly evil that I cannot help but laugh. Seeing Stolas punch him was so cathartic.
22:36 his expression changed and became more cursed every word he said 🤣 🤣 🤣
im glad i watched you react to it instead of watching it myself this broke me right now on how i handled something in my past was early similar
Imagine Blitz's reaction when he finds the pregnancy test box in the bathroom and think its Loona's? That would be hilarious
Omg how did I not even think of that😂😂😂
