    i think you should do more riff breakdowns man. We are alot of folks in awe of your ability to write these insane face melting riffs. In odd time signatures and rythmic patterns.
    People will love it, me included. You are my biggest inspiration for the past year, and quickly but surely turning into my favorite guitarist. I am playing the "Slash" style of guitar since i began to play 12 years ago. But i have found myself wanting something else, and you brought up the exact style id like to play, but im having a hard time since this is not the style im used to playing. Alot more advanced for the right hand. My left hand is doing fine, but my right hand, picking hand is having a hard time.
    But man, i love it. You are amazing!

    Hello Rabea, I would love to see the killer intense riff from Abomasum that starts at the 6:14 after the quiet part, every time I listen to that tune I get goosebumps from that part, it is so intense and awesome, I tried to see it during your playtrhu, but camera angles make it difficult to really see properly. Take Care(Glad your Mom is better too, and I hope she continues to improve quickly :) )

    @the1khronohs40 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

    Oh, I thought this WAS the collab video. But that's fine. I enjoy hearing you talk and play, so I watched it anyway.
    For me, the rhythm and main riffing is quite easy to pick up, but then again I've been into those kinds of riffing since Destroy Erase Improve came out and forever changed my world. Your kind of fills and chords interest me though. 'Cause to me, that's what makes your playing so inspiring and great! That's what makes it YOU in a way.
    Haven't counted anything, and I won't bother either. But it feels like a 7/8 guitar over 4/4 drums, wich makes the riff "shift" in the groove. Just thought I'd mention that might be a useful thing to mention for those less versed in the world of 'Djent". 😃
    I just play these things by feel now, and rearly count anything anymore. But I remember all to well the hours and hours spent counting and dissecting riffs and drum grooves, writing everything down and slowly piecing things back together, and trying to make sense of Meshuggah as a kid in the 90's.
    In short, the 1 in the riff isn't always where you think it should be when you start playing it with a 4/4 drum groove underneath, and it's probably very useful to know for beginners. Just saying 🤘😜
