- Radio Big Flyer toy unboxing. I hope my experience helps you. I had a rough time using the instructions and put it off not finding good videos.
I have benefited from others who take time to document their steps and now its my turn to pass it forward (extended instructions) and quick tips.
Feel free to jump forwards and backwards to learn from my mistakes.

Hi folks just a comment since I made this video in March 2021. I still don't see any better instructions or videos from the Radio Flyer Big Wheel manufacture... I was hoping they would produce a short 2 min easy assembly video to help all of us but nothing. Its a fun big wheel my grandson loves it and his sister will love the hand-me-down soon. You may try to build it intuitively, just looking at my sections for tips. It's not intended to replace manufactures instructions, although I think it's a leap greater over never building one and trying to interpret supplied instructions if they haven't improved them.
Side story accidents do happen. We have it in the garage after one use it was left in the way and the car ran over it pinching the front wheel. Thank God no injuries no one was using it. I was able to repair it. I thought it was the wheel only but also noticed the "pedal shaft" got twisted bent and was not working well. I thought it was a loss but looked closer and discovered that by taking the front wheel off I could remove the shaft and mounted it on my shop vice and by gripping the middle section and pulling on the pedal I was bale to rotate then axle to get it closer to strait.
Not sure how you took those lugs off the axle. Couldn’t even put those small red cylinders on. Stupid instructions
Yes I understand. Hold axel firm with a plyer, tap cap with a hammer or other plyer going around lightly until it pops off.
Sir your instructions caused us bad problems 😢…… WARNING TO ALL OTHERS …. We need to call company for additional parts … because we messed up following these instructions 😢

You show how to build it incorrectly. Take this video down. You made my life harder.
Can you say what part was wrong? I'm about to build this in 2 hours.
Sorry to hear you feel that way. If you make a video better, that would help people... then I'll respect your opinion. Meantime this will have to do. This exact model is tricky so you may have to go back and forth skipping steps in the instruction that don't help at all.
Just got the kids some for Christmas. Not looking forward to building lol
Thats what I said ... terrible instructions and I couldn't find any honest videos. Just jump into it and realize you may have to go back an undo parts.
