Just got my first qsp penguin in titanium with mokuti clip and s35 blade. I can’t believe what I’ve been missing. This knife is amazing with the hardest hitting manual thumb stud deploy iver ever had. That thing goes off like a shotgun then such a smooth close.
I purchased the Knifecenter Exclusive 20.5 in Grivory then threw on a set of titanium scales from RGT and its definitely one of my favorite carry knives now
I want the Kizer cormorant with the frag pattern Ti scales sooo bad and the AD 20.5 in 3V I just gotta figure out which pivot pattern they make the most aftermarket scales for since the Ti scale version has s much larger pivot and collar
Do you know if the new ad20.5 has improved bearings? I see a lot of postings about the skiff bearings. I picked up the black drop point and will get some goat scales.
On the Hic-Cup, there is a 2nd version with black scales. The black one also has your standard flipper tab not a top flipper. Both versions also come with screw on thimb studs.
Absolutely, it took me about an hour before I scavenged the skiffs out of my linered one because I didn't want to wait for the set I ordered for it. I've never been let down by a skiff swap, but the AD20.5s were some of the most dramatic improvements I've felt personally. Not just in feel and smoothness, but also blade stability and solidity.
Waiting on the Pyrite. But I bet you that Lefty will have a bone to pick with that one, too. Also, Kizer should go back to their earlier pocket clip designs. Like the ones on Yukon. I miss the old clips
Just picked up the all black clip point in 3v and grivory scales AD20.5. Pictures on the KC site don’t do it justice just how nice it actually looks. Plan to upgrade scales later on.
That CJRB Button Lock isn't boring looking to me at all. I love simplicity.. Function over form. Their new button locks are gonna ruin my bank account cause im buying them all
That AD-20.5 is a cool knife in titanium and 3v and it looks like it has a bigger pivot than the grivory model. Tougher pivot for the hard use 3v maybe. 🤔
The kizer T1 clip would work well on the hic-cup. Also I checked the video and I believe lefty said its QSP that is the OEM for the Divo Stout. I believe I said kubey on your other video. Stay golden pony boy.
Wow! I'm so happy right now, ! Thanks to your vid and links, I've secured a purchase for a Demko AD20.5 with CPM-3V black DLC Clip Point Blade and textured Red grivory handles.
I decked out my AD20.5 with Karbadize Fat Carbon scales and backspacer, Skiff bearings, and Lynch deep carry pocket clip. Total cost of my AD20.5 is about the same as the titanium version from Knife Center, but it was customized to my preferences. Even though I wish it had 20CV or Magnacut, the AUS-10A blade does the job well and sharpens well from my experience. I heard some people got customized blades done in Magnacut for the AD20.5, but that would make it cost way more money.
Wasn’t quick enough to grab a titanium shark foot 20.5, that’ll be the only knife that can get my sebenza/grivory 20.5 out of the pocket for good I think. Hard to get down here in Australia!
Yes, the Prius isn't the best looking car. But they are a workhorse. And truthfully are fun to drive. We have Gen2. It isn't fast off the line. But 100 MPH on the freeway is no problem. And they handle well.

I like the Demko AD 20.5, but I’m waiting for a premium stainless steel. I’d love to see S35VN. Maybe I’ll just get one of the US ones.

The stock bearings in my Demko 20.5 titanium were beyond crap. Skiff bearings made a huge improvement

The Lynch Northwest clip is awesome. Deep carry and goes in and out of the pocket with ease.

I have an ad 20.5 already. I doubt I will buy another one in that size irregardless of the materials. I’ll keep waiting on an mg ad 20

i got the ad20.5 in timascus, the 1000 dollar price tag hurt a little but its my most expensive knife and now one of my most favorites i love it
