Having someone in the video gives a sense of scale that you can't get otherwise. Plus there are like 3 million videos of house tours in Porter Ranch and the Moon that you can watch where a person is not in the video.

Nope, these sold quick and Porter Ranch is honestly outside of what most would call LA, but it's a great place if you don't mind a little commute.
