Seing this makes me so damn appreciative of his contributions to RGG Studios Y0 and now, the Ishin remake coming out next month. For those who are wondering, yes, he does indeed have a TH-cam channel. You can easily find it. I believe he even played 0 as well.

Kuze in a film directed and starring by Hirose. This is probably the closest to a Kuze and Hirose moment that we will ever get. Also I miss Takeshi's earlier nihilistic arthouse slowburn Black Comedy films. His movies after the 2010s became a bit too generic for my taste. Kind of a shame that he sacrificed artistic integrity for commercial success(something he admitted while making the Outrage trilogy)
Takeshi Kitano has a wildly violent, dark sense of humour. The scene where Kitano's character casually gets up from his seat and smashes a bottle over a guy's head in a karaoke bar never fails to crack me up.
@@SynthJohn yeah I know. Ozawa is 5 times more chivalrous, mean and skeptical than that guy. Plus his first ever appearance was around 1980s or something. That would be why Ozawa was old to begin with. His old film which some people used in TH-cam was taken around the same timeframe that Shaw Bros used in their Kung Fu movies. Meaning Ozawa’s face had more wrinkles like Kuze had.
Imagine a Yakuza game where we play as Young Kuze.

Kitano's early movies are the type of bleak movies that really stir you emotionally. I watched Hanabi for the first time and it was so good
