Nice video , however I believe you missed the heart of Seymour. Williams Family Branch , Seiver County Library , known as Seymour Library is the heart of Seymour. So many programs for children to Adults including story time , crafts , book club , Quilt club , Chess , Garden Club , Live Music , Free Seeds from the Seed Library and Learning Garden just to start. All free and open to the public. There is a beautiful community room available to use for free. The Children's Room is a safe place to bring the kids to hang out and play on rainy days. Talk about Cheers , Seymour Library is a place where after your first visit , the librarians know your name. We have no town center or square . We do have the library. If I missed it I apologize, if not maybe it's time for a new Seymour Video on Seymour Library. I enjoy your videos. Thank you. Jackie Hardin
No. Seymour is unincorparated so it's not a city. It's a census designated place with a population of 14,000. Thus it never has developed a downtown . Several attempts to incorporate have been voted down mainly because the people didn't want to pay city taxes and city government.
