Dude, your videos are some of my favorite videos i've seen on ESO straight up. So many are just build videos, "should I play eso in 2024" and the like. This series is so badass. Keep up the insanely good work my man!
I don't see how someone could play this game and be miserable. I suppose I've heard some negative stuff in my comments from the PvP community and endgame players though.
Haha you don't have to love Razum-dar but for a lot of people, he's a friend and a constant presence everywhere. I remember one time I was constantly checking for his safety in one of the zones after I feared him dead, and another time I stumbled upon his homestead and family, discovering a lesser known side of him that really made him so real.
I am heavily invested in this series. As a veteran of the game, it’s so nice to relive these stories through your eyes. And you’re right, where tf was the wilderqueen?! Keep em coming!
8:52 - if you want more lore on how Razum-Dar an Ayrenn met (and why he may know all the, uhm, details), you're going to have to keep playing. It's in Northern Elsweyr zone.
i haven't played eso in years but i remember it was either northern elsweyr or sommerset main quest when i was like ".....oh theyre fucking" also, razum-dar is so goddamn sexy. also also i remember they were selling a pet in the shop, a little cub with razum-dar's mohawk and my friends and i were constantly joking about these pets being raz's children he's trying to give away to his adventurer friends.
I just realized I didn't give you a very important tip! Nowadays, this isn't as relevant... But back then, this was: ESO side quests are technically designed to be done while you do the zone's main quest, and not after. For example: Remember how the Queen Ayrenn was traveling to Skywatch during Auridon's questline? The region's side quests touch on this - people preparing for the passing of the Dominion Queen and stuff like that. I realized this because I remembered that some secondary quests, throughout the game, have a certain influence on the course of the faction's main quests. It's not much. Usually just adding one more NPC to your list of allies. But it still makes the experience better. As the game was leveled in the past, you needed to do side quests to level up and be able to complete the main quest, it was practically a requirement in the time haha (I'll never forget it. I had advanced a lot in Auridon's story but I didn't do almost any of the sidequests at the time, and that's why I got beaten up by Estre LOL good times)
Yeah I've heard that from some other people. Trouble is I never know which ones to pickup and sometimes they're a little far away from the main story. Going through Malabal tor, I think I'm going to do half the story, then do the side missions/POI stuff.
Your attention to detail in this series is unmatched. Truly a wonderful watch. As a previous ESO addict I can confirm this series is a banger and highlights so much nostalgia. Awesome job Frostbreak
This part 3 came sooner than expected and I'm here for it. The aldmeri dominion is the only faction story I've beaten so I might have to hop back in the game and continue the other 2.
So something that I think helps explain Naemon's motivation, is that I definitely remember it being mentioned somewhere (I think in a journal from Pelidil or a quote from a different veiled heritance member around the naval battle) was that whatever came back inside his body wasn't like Naemon at all. Through the ritual, something else (some kind of ancient enemy of Valenwood, likely a daedra) took host inside him with Naemon as a front to use the staff of Magnus to corrupt the heart. This was essentially where the sudden shadow wood came from during the final arc, it was the realm of this being bleeding over into the actual forest which would completely take over if he corrupted the heart. (Said during one of the final quests or a sidequest, I think.) I do think it could have been better explained though. As for the overall player numbers, it's mostly because either the locations in Greenshade are too hard to get to, like the island dolmen being awful to get to (and the daily dolmen quest is now 1 dolmen in a zone, not 3, so most are out instantly), or there being no set worth grinding for. Each zone generally has 3 sets that drop in overland content, with different pieces coming from delves, world bosses, public dungeon and dolmens, and many of the best ones are still actively farmed in many zones since they're used in starting builds before moving on to dungeon gear. (For example Bangkorai, the final covenant zone, has the spriggan's thorns set that has people farming dolmens for its jewelry.) Greenshade just doesn't really have anything like that worth farming lol. Also to add about Raz... many of the queen's eyes are said to have been former allies, companions and more that she met during her journeys before claiming the throne. Take from that what you will... ;)
Thanks for the comment! Really well written :) That's some good insight on Naemon that I may have missed. I do vaguely remember them saying "it's not really him anymore" in the main story; but he also seems to of sound-mind in the final battle. Referring to you directly from his past experience, and denouncing his sister. That would line up with the "possessed" angle you're describing, where he's kinda-there; but also not really. Yeah I 100% found the world events were a bit tricky to navigate to; one of the reasons the "zone" didn't get a higher ranking from me. People are telling me the Queen and Raz may have been more than friends in the past... will be interesting to see how that turns out xD
Absolutely love how well you articulate your reasoning for each point. I fully admit that as I get older, I start relating to the "darn kids these days" attitude more and more but I certainly appreciate your limited use of quips and catch phrases for the sake of saying them. Dont get me wrong, I love the side memes and jokes too. But overall, your videos have a mature quality to them that is a refreshing take and keeps me coming back for more.
Wow, thank you! That's the goal. I tend to spend a lot of time going "crazy" in the intro segment, but I also respect there's people who maybe aren't into that, and I don't want to carry it through the entire video. So when it comes to the actual analytical stuff, I tend to keep the hijinks to a minimum.
Another amazing episode in this series. I haven't played through any of the zone stories since 2014 so my memory of them isn't the best but I do remember Greenshade being one of my least favourite zones in the entire game so it was interesting to hear someone talk about it's flaws. This is currently my favourite series on TH-cam and I'm so excited to see the rest!
I used to live for this game. I have 700 hours in ESO, did every zone questline, found every skyshard, and did every dungeon on about 6 lvl 50 characters before i quit two years ago. You have easily made me want to return to the game, do a slow playthrough, and add another 200-300 hours just to see everything my late night gamer grind brain missed back when I first played. Keep up the great content and would be happy to help with those Zone bosses and dungeons! :D
Wow that's a lot of hours! I think I probably have close to that on Skyrim back on the good ol' PS3. You are so far ahead of me!! I hope to get there someday, if you do return I wish you the best of luck!
Ive been playing ESO for i think 9ish years at this point, ive played it for nearly 2k hours (should be a lot more but i refuse to do veteran dungeons due to my experience with the random groups) and ive done every quest in all areas up until the last 2-3 expansions, this series is amazing to watch, i hope your enjoying making it just as much as we are watching it.
I have been playing through the eso storylines in order and its so much fun! I love these videos so much and I cant wait to hear what you think of the other zones!
Take my energy. Your series is so amazing. It gives this freshness after completing all, after years. Really nice memory journey. Thank you so much for this
I found your channel 2 days ago. I have been watching every video of Elder scrolls online you make I loved your content, bro, and you made me get back into the game.
Hey glad you finished this before the end of the weekend like you hoped! Looking forward to the next videos! Malabar Tor’s also pretty heavy on wood elves so I think you’ll enjoy it
I have about 200 days played according to Xbox and was an end game trials healer that quit after they raised the CP level cap past 810. Healers were a complete mess back then and the Devs didn't seem to care at all so a lot of us quit. But watching your videos now while playing Skyrim is making me want to go back and maybe make a new character and do the same thing as you! My favorite part of the game was always the story (aside from trial skin/achievement farming). So keep up the good work, I am looking forward to what you make next!
Hey that's great to hear! I'm glad the series has provided you with an interesting angle to look at ESO from. I've been having a easy enough time with DPS, but I can imagine that healers/tanks must be really hard to play with when exploring the world and stuff. I've never done trails before! That would be cool to do with some people once I get to the first one.
I said. LET. HIM. COOOOOOK! 💥 Watching you experience City of Ash 1 and 2 was brilliant live, and huge props to the viewers of the channel who helped slow it down and let you explore and experience them in the stream! The amount of effort and dedication you put into these videos is astounding and i'm sure many viewers will join me being in awe of the consistent quality of you videos. Safe to say when you reach the top of the mountain that is ESO, I will embrace you with open arms sir. Very well done, and have fun in the next zone! Plus I love a fellow wide screen enjoyer; Lets me enjoy TH-cam videos of my favourite game in my native resolution! :D
Another ultrawide master race enjoyer. Glad you enjoyed and liked the stream! I really appreciate your praise but I'm just glad people are finding them enjoyable!
This is such a great series i almost can't wait until you get to the newer zones. Im ex player i used to really enjoy the game until i didn't, deep dived endgame etc, but i will say this is one of the best MMO's ever made
Love the content man. As someone who, despite liking the lore, never really feels like going through it slowly or reading summaries online really enjoys the content.
The thing about Razumdar is that most people skip 90% of the dialogue and he’s always helping you out, it’s been years since I’ve played eso and he’s the character I remember most out of all the factions
People say Raz is important in DLC zones too, so I look forward to that. He's definitely one of the "better" characters, just usually not a "main one" in any zone story (maybe Auridon).
Love your ESO vids. PLEASE keep this series going regardless of how they do in terms of views. These vids have a phenomenal structure to them. Seriously man, please keep this up, from a veteran pact player!!!
Thank you so much that means a lot :) I never expected them to get as many views as they did, but as long as people are enjoying it (and I'm still enjoying ESO) I'm going to keep going!
You're right that there's a lore reason for the Wilderqueen's isolationism, and it goes back to the subzones I mentioned under the previous video. Aranias and her story all takes place within the Court of the Wilderking, which is the southern region of Greenshade. In lore, this southern region is the only area under the Wilderking's control (*not* all of Greenshade). The Pelidil and Lich Naemon storylines take place in the Drowned Coast and Green's Marrow subzones specifically, which is why they feel so detached from the Wilderking quests. It's not even possible to view these subzone names in-game anymore but hopefully this helps explain the writing decisions. The reason City of Ash II is so polished is because it was added in a major update after launch. It was the last real quest content we got in ESO until the Imperial City DLC in 2015. Also yea the Staff of Magnus is just a macguffin, it doesn't come up again (spoilers).
NOOO NOT THE STAFF OF MAGNUS!!! That totally makes a bit more sense then about the wilderqueen. Again, never done this zone before so to me I've never experienced the "separate" areas you're requiring inside of any given zone. That would for sure provide a different "feel" to the experience overall. Is that sometimes why I can tell dialogue has been revoiced? Sometimes when I'm listening to a quest, there'll be a line of dialogue that's clearly recorded at a different volume or with a different microphone. Do they do that to fill in those gaps you're describing?
@FrostbreakYT No idea tbh, I haven't played through these zones in 10 years. Quests have been reworked/revoiced over the years, but the subzone system was mostly removed from the game during beta. It was already vestigial at release, so your experience with the zone was pretty much the same as mine. It just used to be a little easier to follow the quest order back then because you would otherwise be underlevelled!! E.g. low level Dominion characters would naturally progress through the Wilderking content first because it would match their level, even if they paid zero attention to the story
I'd started playing DLC quests and zones trying to pay attention to the stories before I saw your first video. Some zones are fantastic while others feel fairly dull which to me makes it easy to fall into a RP state of mind and enjoy the stories that've just been sitting there while we wait for ES6. Elsweyr was probably my fav expansion so far
Really hope you end up doing DLC. Their stories and designs are so much better than base game. Make sure you doing Morrowind - Clockwork City - Summerset in that order. Wish I could relive this story trilogy again for the first time. Great vids!
Subscribed! I did this with all the base game zones on xbox when the game came out, it took me a year to get the "Tamriel Hero" title. I switched to PC a couple years ago with no desire to repeat that process but your videos are changing my mind. Doing it in first person would be new for me 🤔
I do know that when its your first time killing a boss on your ACCOUNT, not that specific character, it will instantly spawn in the boss for you. So its possible that the long boss wait times you experienced were from your dad killing those bosses in the past on this account, making it so if someone killed the boss shortly before you arrived you would have to wait the 10-15 min respawn timer. This could also not be the case and it couldve been bugs but the possibility crossed my mind so i thought id share. love the vids :)
This is an amazing series. I've thought about getting back in the game for the lore but I'm always quitting because I really dislike the combat. Seeing you 100% zones and giving a good overview is just the thing for me.
i remember running around at the enemy factions areas in the open world pvp map trying to read all books without dying :D, fun to find a book in a small tunnel below a big sieged fort :D
Another great video! A little thing I think could perhaps add to this series, is after you have finished the overall ranking of the zone, consider adding a combined ranking or tierlist of zones you have already done. For example; 1st/Gold - Grahtwood, 2nd/Silver - Auridon + Greenshade. Next rank 3rd/Bronze, then 4th, 5th and so on... As the series continues this combined ranking will build each episode, and also will give the viewer an idea of what zone has been your favourite over all of the storylines so far, so perhaps in 15 episodes time a new viewer will watch the most recent episode first and at the end they can see your ranking of all of the zones, and it will make them want to watch your videos of the top ranked ones to see why you thought so highly of them. :)
Great! I think I might do that in a separate video once I'm done each "faction". Rank each zone one-by-one. I already feel like the 30min runtime is a bit long, but I like that idea overall!
Absolutely loving this series! Could I suggest talking about experiencing the gameplay side of things first especially considering using the new classes and systems in older zones and whatnot.
Sure! Could you elaborate a little on what you mean by that? Just talking about my build and how the content feels for a new player or something more specific?
@@FrostbreakYT I’ve not played in ages so I would be really interested in how the game feels in regards to combat and other mechanics and systems such as delves and how you think they have aged. I think it would be interesting hearing your perspective on these things and I’d also like to hear about how your character has progressed and if it has felt rewarding to level up and become more powerful with new abilities and whatnot or if it just feels similar the whole time. Is the content challenging and if so is it in a good way or not in your opinion?
@@the10thmuffinman51 Okay! I mentioned that a little in this video, how once i hit max level with all my max-level gear, I didn't REALLY feel that much stronger. But I will consider going a little more in-depth on it!
I'm really enjoying watching the series so far! I've been burnt out of ESO for a while, and I think I'm gonna try this run too, but from the Ebonheart Pact. I look forward to seeing you explore the next zones!
@@FrostbreakYT post video comment- another great video, from the edits to the shear content you share and the different aspects of each zone. You do the perfect amount of diving into each part. KEEP IT UP!! P.S. Also I’m sad I missed the live stream😭 I’ll have to tap into the next.
Love these vids and the livestream was a blast! Looking forward to more of this series. 🙂 One thing I like doing when I run through a zone story is save the last of the main quest till after I've cleared all the POI and side quests. I don't remember if they did it in the base zones since it's been soo long but with a lot of DLC zones you get a chance to see a bunch of people you helped in poi's and side quests at the end of the main quest, they'll usually have special dialogue pertaining to the events that happened.
Okay interesting, so maybe I do POI's first? My only fear is that sometimes there's spoilers for the story, since the zones originally were divided by level. So if I did a POI in a portion of the zone which was closer to end-game, odds are the POI would have spoilers for the main story.
@@FrostbreakYT That's fair, Although I don't think any side quest will really spoil the main zone story there are quests like the hermaeus mora one in your vid which will reference it or feel like they should've been completed first. Again, I don't remember how they did it for the base game zones but I know it happens in a lot of the dlc zones. You could always do up to the last mission but not complete it and come back to it after the POI.
Fantastic video again man! On your last video you mentioned after doing the AD Questline that you'd let viewers pick a one-off DLC zone to do. Most DLC zones have continous stories or link together to let's hope you don't get one of those! Murkmire and Orsinium are standalone though and two of the best stories the game has, I'm hoping for one of those!
Fun Fact Queen Ayrenn is voiced by the one and only Kate Beckinsale! AKA Selene from Underworld. Anna Valerious from Van Helsing. Which puts the Queen at one of my Favourite Characters in the game. Even if she is fairly one dimensional
Here's my take on Naemon being "pure evil" - I think the writers were trying to communicate to us that he is a very selfish, prejudiced, hateful person, even if he's been bottling these feelings up while at the side of his sister. This is further evidenced by Grahtwood's ending where we see his true nature - that of a vile Ogrim. I think the necromantic magic further amplified these negative traits of his and led him to just go full evil mode - this time he actually had the power to feed his ambitions, which were now also stronger than ever before. He was going to show these nasty wood elves, these savages, who's boss by corrupting the Valenheart and raising an army of undead to stop anyone who tries to get in his way. I really liked the story of Greenshade for all the interesting things it did separately, but I do agree they lacked structure and connective tissue. Almost as if several pre-existing storylines were trimmed down and stitched together into one narrative.
Great insight, almost mirrors mine exactly! I think Naemon is a little more of a "tragic" character in a shakespearean sense. His sister was inline for the throne and vanished for 10 years, he had to slave away training to be the ruler in her stead, and then she re-appeared RIGHT when he was about to be coronated. He's definitely not a "good" person, but rarely people are. I still don't understand WHY he wanted to raise an undead army? Was it just to piss-off his sister? Or was there an ulterior motive? Perhaps these questions will be answered in future zones, but for me they left me with more questions than answers. Regardless, thanks for the comment/insight!!
Love the hard work put in these videos keep it up I only recommendation is maybe add a quick summary of the dungeon story I don’t like making people wait for me to listen to the plot
This was probably the first zone you did after the event ended. During the event dolmen had a chance of a rare motif style drop in addition dolmen bosses dropped event boxes, so they where completely swarmed by players tryin to farm event boxes and/or the rare event motif.
A suggestion to enhance your experience: complete all of the associated antiquities for each zone! Each one gives addition lore to the zone, they’re great!
I'm excited to try out the antiquity system! Unfortunately, (according to my challenge) I'm not allowed to leave the zones I'm in. Once I get to skyrim THEN I can start!
Dude I never comment on anything in YT. I dont know why but this series is amazing and always find myself looking forward to your next episode. I even started playing ESO because of you and its great! Btw I think Queen Ayrenn hints in Auridoun she had a close relationship with the cat spy at the beginning. Cheers!
Queen Ayreen was getting it on with Raz!? Damn, that cat really does sneak around everywhere. Thanks for the comment!! I appreciate ya and I'm glad I could turn you onto this game!
So back when there wasnt level scaling, before any DLC City of Ash 2 was the hardest dungeon in the game, it was the big finale and the hardest challenge of the base game. So thats probably why it felt like a bit extra.
City of Ash 2 is, I think, the last base game dungeon they did. After that all dungeons where part of a DLC and only avaliable to ESO Plus members or players owning the respective DLCs. And I think you can see that in City of Ash 2, because much more work and thought went into this than in the Dungeons that where in the game on release (all non-DLC dungeons without a 2 in their name). Setting-wise it is one of my favourite dungeons to this day and the Valkyn Skoria Set is one of the coolest sets, although it is no longer viable in endgame content.
2 quick lil things 1-Don't know if they do this on NA but on EU most people that are in greenshade farm the public dungeon for potential rare furnishing plan drops, that public dungeon always has players in it on PCEU 2- it could be interesting to have a notable small quests section where applicable. Like simple, fast quests (fetch, bounty, or anything else) that you found interesting because of the little story it told or the characters in it. For example I know in greenshade there's a really short fetch quest where you go and pick up flowers for two gay lil wood elves that are dying of old age and want to be surrounded by their favourite flowers before they go. Very cute quest, will always stay with me But that aside, great video, am curious how you'll like Malabar Tor! (oh and btw, buy the Cyrodilic Joungle House there, it's great and amazing and cute) x)
Yeah, the public dungeon was actually a bit of a grind because people kept killing the bosses before I could get to them. So that makes sense. That's a cool idea for the quests! Someone else mentioned that exact quest too! I must've missed it, but I try to do everything. The only issue is I can't record all the time. Greenshade left me with over 150gbs of footage, and I have to pick and choose what stuff to keep. I'll see if I can work it in somehow, but I don't have the money for a new harddrive at the moment!
I wager Chieftain Thragdosh has performance anxiety. He's been performing the same role for ten years, but every time he is due to perform he hides out in his tent doubting and worrying, fearing his single dialogue utterance.
I'd generally recommend doing all points of content before the last mission in the main quest of a zone. Sure, it adds usually just a few aditional NPC appearances and some dialogue, but I find those ending gatherings pretty sweet. Especially in DLC zones.
Yeah I'll keep that in mind, I think you're right. Some of them clearly need to be done before/after/during. It's just too bad it's not telegraphed a bit better so I can know which to do in what order.
@@FrostbreakYT I'm sure you've noticed, but telegraphing quest order is definitely NOT well done in ESO. There are sometimes attempts by the devs to improve it, but most newcomers are still super confused.
Amazing video! I love TES lore but in ESO I have been focused on end-game trial/dungeon content more than single player experience but thanks to you I feel like I am experiencing second youth with ESO lore. If you want to improve immersion I do recommend some addons such as ''N'TAK Camera'' and ''N'TAK Dialogue''. You can adjust position of dialogue text and how camera behaves in certain situations such as combat, lockpicking etc. Also look at ''DarkUI'' addon which improves a feeling and design of UI (imo it is aesthetically terrible on PC). If you want to make your on-screen UI even less overhelming there is ''Customisable Immersive HUD Hider'' that can switch off chat, notifications, some annoying markers and make it feel more like Skyrim (you can keybind hiding so there is always option to show it back on). Optionally Cleaner HUD might be interesting for you!
I will take a look at those! I'm always down to add camera stuff because ESO doesn't have photomode (criminal btw)! I will take a look at DarkUI too, I don't mind the UI too much, but I do dislike the pop-ups I might get mid sessions so I may take a look at the other one you mentioned too. Thanks for the comment!
@@FrostbreakYT Also it would be great if you could give your best/most interesting POE or side quests per zone (maybe by showing map location?). I think it would be nice for new players or those who do not remember zone stories well to come back and experience it again :D Thanks again for amazing videos!
Dolmens are not usually swarming with players(unless its the Alikr desert ones that people use to level alts) its just that there was the big 10 year even going on and there were rewards you could get from running them thats why you had no issues before.
Yeah honestly about the quest storylines being disjointed. Like I remember think that either the Wilder Queen quest or the Shadow Wood quest were a side quest because they felt so disconnected.

Really well written :)
That's some good insight on Naemon that I may have missed.
Maybe Ayrenn wanted to be the first to follow the path that Queen Barenziah mastered, but did not have time to tell it in detail later.
Thank you for this series. Literally nobody wants to put together good ESO content. I love tes lore and I feel eso has alot to add to it.
Glad you're enjoying it, that was the plan!
These videos are so nice to watch, thanks for all the effort Frost
My pleasure! Glad you're enjoying the ride!
i love that this series takes a good look at eso‘s storytelling and lore, which is something that I feel does not get talked about much. Keep it up!
Glad you like them!
Glad you enjoyed!! I'm happy to provide a 20-min perspective on something that takes about ~20 to play.
Just started playing this game actually. These videos are so well done. Great work all around. They are almost therapeutic to watch lol
Glad you like them! I'm a bit of a completionist, I'm glad I'm not alone :)
Amazing series and I'm super excited for you to see how their zones and stories have improved over time.
Thanks! Me too!
Glad to know that the series is alive. As a new player I am trying my best to do the main quest as intended by the developers.
I think it's the best way to play!
So glad to see this on a lazy Sunday. This channel is going places, I can feel it man!
I appreciate that! I'm a small fish in a big pond, but if I get to sit at home and make videos people enjoy; it's all worth it!
I love this series, ive watched every single one the day you release them because i just cant get enough! thank you for the content!
You're so welcome! Glad you're enjoying!
This is my favorite series on TH-cam right now! I find myself looking forward to it the whole week! Great job as always🎉
That means so much to me! Thank you!!
I have been playing through the eso storylines in order and its so much fun! I love these videos so much and I cant wait to hear what you think of the other zones!
Glad you like them! I'm not going anywhere anytime soon!
Take my energy. Your series is so amazing. It gives this freshness after completing all, after years. Really nice memory journey. Thank you so much for this
Wow that's awesome to hear! Thank you so much
I found your channel 2 days ago. I have been watching every video of Elder scrolls online you make I loved your content, bro, and you made me get back into the game.
bro i swear i love your vids , having one on background while playing fallout or anything else feels so good , keep it up
That's so awesome to hear, thank you!
@@FrostbreakYT also makes me wanna give another change to ESO , thank you man , keep it up , you rock
Hey glad you finished this before the end of the weekend like you hoped! Looking forward to the next videos! Malabar Tor’s also pretty heavy on wood elves so I think you’ll enjoy it
Thanks! Looking forward to it!
I'm kinda obsessed with this series ngl
:D
I said. LET. HIM. COOOOOOK! 💥
Watching you experience City of Ash 1 and 2 was brilliant live, and huge props to the viewers of the channel who helped slow it down and let you explore and experience them in the stream!
Love that this video is in ultrawide format, looks so good on my monitor fullscreen
r/ultrawidemasterrace
This is such a great series i almost can't wait until you get to the newer zones.
Im ex player i used to really enjoy the game until i didn't, deep dived endgame etc, but i will say this is one of the best MMO's ever made
Love the content man. As someone who, despite liking the lore, never really feels like going through it slowly or reading summaries online really enjoys the content.
Glad you like them!
not only that, but the Wilderqueen is fantastic!! She's gorgeous, powerful, a really cool character. I kept wishing Id see her again eventually too :(
The thing about Razumdar is that most people skip 90% of the dialogue and he’s always helping you out, it’s been years since I’ve played eso and he’s the character I remember most out of all the factions
People say Raz is important in DLC zones too, so I look forward to that. He's definitely one of the "better" characters, just usually not a "main one" in any zone story (maybe Auridon).
@@FrostbreakYTWho’s been your favorite so far?
@@elwiseguy69 Indaenir probably. Very well rounded character and not just one-dimensional
YESSS awesome!!! I expected this to come out months later due to how long they probably take.... I love this series and channel dude
Between school + work, if I GRIND like crazy, I can usually get them out in about 10-12 days.
Can't wait to see what he thinks of Malabal Tor.
me three
Intrusive verticality
I wanted to go to sleep, but i couldn't miss that banger, another great video of the series. Love it man, keep up the work :D
Glad you enjoy it!
I haven't played ESO in years, so this is pretty nostalgic for me
Unironically, the Wilderking has the potention to become the protagonist in a future Elder Scrolls game set in Vallenwood.
This series is really cool, never could get into ESO properly as well even though I'm a fan of the ES franchise. Keep it up bro
Thanks, will do!
i dont have time to play but i have time to watch this series. Thank you for this good work!
Glad you enjoy it!
Yesss, im loving this series! Actually got me into the game somehow, even tho ive bounced off a million times before
That's so awesome to hear!! I'm glad I can show this game in a different light!
This channel is a hidden gem. Keep it up man! blow up soon enough
I appreciate that!
Elsweyr is highly recommended, I'm excited to try that out!
Really hope you end up doing DLC. Their stories and designs are so much better than base game. Make sure you doing Morrowind - Clockwork City - Summerset in that order. Wish I could relive this story trilogy again for the first time.
Great vids!
Cool! I will keep an eye out for those!
Subscribed! I did this with all the base game zones on xbox when the game came out, it took me a year to get the "Tamriel Hero" title. I switched to PC a couple years ago with no desire to repeat that process but your videos are changing my mind. Doing it in first person would be new for me 🤔
First person is awesome for maximum immersion, but a make combat a little tricky! I've been having a blast so far!
I love these videos! I’ve been playing eso for years these videos are so refreshing! I love the lore of it all! Great job!
Thank you so much!
This could also not be the case and it couldve been bugs but the possibility crossed my mind so i thought id share. love the vids :)
ohh okay maybe that was it. Thanks for the info!
If you think people are really into Razum-dar, just wait until you start getting comments about the Breton golden boy.
Is his name Damian? I hear it all the time no idea who that is lmao
This is an amazing series. I've thought about getting back in the game for the lore but I'm always quitting because I really dislike the combat.
Seeing you 100% zones and giving a good overview is just the thing for me.
Yeah the combat's alright, but if you don't focus on it and just enjoy the "RPG" aspect, it's a helluva good game!
i remember running around at the enemy factions areas in the open world pvp map trying to read all books without dying :D, fun to find a book in a small tunnel below a big sieged fort :D
That sounds cool! I haven't tried the PvP zones yet but I think I'll get clapped xD
Ello, dont burn ur self out man ^^ Take ur time. We will wait for the next video.
Enjoy the journey :)
Thanks, will do!
Dolmens? Wait till you get to Alik'r!
Bugs? Wait till you get to Bangkorai!
Oh boy...
Dropping this here for the algorithm, you put a lot of work into it, and it shows, so ill try to help a little getting you more recognition
Thank you! Much appreciated :)
I'm really enjoying watching the series so far! I've been burnt out of ESO for a while, and I think I'm gonna try this run too, but from the Ebonheart Pact. I look forward to seeing you explore the next zones!
Good luck on your quest!
I've never played this game before, but your videos are still so entertaining! Keep it up :D

That's awesome to hear! Glad you guys are looking forward to these videos!
@@FrostbreakYT post video comment- another great video, from the edits to the shear content you share and the different aspects of each zone. You do the perfect amount of diving into each part. KEEP IT UP!!

Great stuff! Really enjoying this series.
awesome!
my guy, the absolute unit Frostbreak come through with another banger
What can I say except you're welcome
Love these vids and the livestream was a blast! Looking forward to more of this series. 🙂
One thing I like doing when I run through a zone story is save the last of the main quest till after I've cleared all the POI and side quests.
Got it! I've had some "experts" reach out and let me know which zones are "safe" to do first! Thank you for the comment!
Fun Fact Queen Ayrenn is voiced by the one and only Kate Beckinsale! AKA Selene from Underworld. Anna Valerious from Van Helsing. Which puts the Queen at one of my Favourite Characters in the game. Even if she is fairly one dimensional
Not familiar with her! She's a great voice actor though; unique too. I'm starting to hear the same man/woman voices over and over as I progress.
ngl these games reminded me that at one point i had purchased this game and has given me the willpower to play it. i am now addicted
Haha that's great to hear!
Love the content! I would recommend the outro have a little mini 10-15 sec trailer of the next zone with a little music 😇
Noted! Thanks for the idea!
Love these 🎉 keep them going cuz it's rare to see eso content nowadays
That's awesome to hear, thank you so much
Here's my take on Naemon being "pure evil" - I think the writers were trying to communicate to us that he is a very selfish, prejudiced, hateful person, even if he's been bottling these feelings up while at the side of his sister.
Noted! A few people have suggested that, I could 100% work in a 1-2minute segment somewhere! Just need to find the best spot "flow-wise".
Love these videos! The AD zones can be so hard to travel though, so good on you.
Thanks! They are sometimes tricky to navigate for sure.
This made me wanna play ESO again but instead slow down and take it all in rather than just grind through as fast as possible to hit max level.
great video as always, can't wait for more!
Glad to hear it!
Oh youll learn to love the red mowhawk kitty, in due time. (I too fell victim to his charms)
So I've been told!
This was probably the first zone you did after the event ended. During the event dolmen had a chance of a rare motif style drop in addition dolmen bosses dropped event boxes, so they where completely swarmed by players tryin to farm event boxes and/or the rare event motif.
ahh okay that's good to know. I kept getting gold paper from fishing and purple boxes from doing random stuff.
I'm on my fourth one too in the Ebonheart Pact. omg xD (excluding fishing for now. It's so annoyingly excruciating)
Love this!
Good luck on your quest!
@@FrostbreakYT Thank you! You too
Dude I never comment on anything in YT.
Wow that's really interesting. Yeah City of Ash 2 was BEAUTIFUL and was designed unbelievably well. Probably the best dungeon I've done so far.
I hope you're planning on doing the DLCs too! Loving these videos, great job!
I am! Once I finish the dominion storyline I'll be taking suggestions!!
Interesting... Yeah it's a banger no doubt. Really awesome design with cool interactive terrain and mechanics!
2 quick lil things
1-Don't know if they do this on NA but on EU most people that are in greenshade farm the public dungeon for potential rare furnishing plan drops, that public dungeon always has players in it on PCEU
2- it could be interesting to have a notable small quests section where applicable. Very cute quest, will always stay with me
But that aside, great video, am curious how you'll like Malabar Tor!
You sleeping alright? Wasn't expecting another one of these for at least a month, damn.
Haha sleeping fine thank you for the concern xD
I wager Chieftain Thragdosh has performance anxiety. He's been performing the same role for ten years, but every time he is due to perform he hides out in his tent doubting and worrying, fearing his single dialogue utterance.
HAHAHA that's too funny xD
I haven't played eso but im loving this series
Thank you!
I need to hasten a bit, I just finished Greenshade I gotta complete Malbar Tor before you post your video!
Haha good luck!!
Great video man! These are really entertaining
Glad you think so!
@@_dreamerboy Good idea, I'll see if I can work that into my next video.
Dolmens are not usually swarming with players(unless its the Alikr desert ones that people use to level alts) its just that there was the big 10 year even going on and there were rewards you could get from running them thats why you had no issues before.
Ah I see. Good to know.
Yeah honestly about the quest storylines being disjointed.
Like I remember think that either the Wilder Queen quest or the Shadow Wood quest were a side quest because they felt so disconnected.
