Like the labeled garage/laundry/large pantry. Open concept. Enclosed lanai. Pool a little small but clean and a great lounge-dining space. Nice loft area. Bed and bath. Another bed with en-suite 🙌🏼. 2 more beds and bath. Final ok size primary. Big closet. Good size primary. Funny. I like the 3rd elevation the least but the interior the best. I loved the 3rd house! It's nice to see how it looks with all the furniture in it. Here in Luxembourg/Europe you'll get a 1 bedroom max for that price 😅
It varies from community to community. The first two were gated, so that adds road maintenance, there are probably club houses and community pools, some may include landscaping and lawn care. Mostly it’s a lot of rules about what you can and can’t do with your property.

Property taxes at nearly $6,000 + HIGHEST homeowners insurance rates in the nation + HOAs + lots the size of Volkswagens = No Thank You Florida.
Greed of government, greed of builder and greed of insurance companies are forcing people out of these homes.

Prior to Covid these houses would have sold for less than 300k, but the part that’s killing me are the property taxes. Wow!
