I remember sending letters as a teenager to my cousine who lived in another country and to some friends. It was before all the pretty stickers and stuff were available, but I used whatever I could find to add some decorstion.

The decorations were so wonderful 🍄I really wish it would be autumn weather already, but it seems like the 33℃ weather will continue where I am... Although, I've been able to see some mushrooms on my hikes :)
Autumn is my favorite, too, and I grew up in a very woodsy, foxes, and mushroom kind of place, so this theme was just extra beautiful and nostalgic to me. I'm so glad I found your channel this evening, and I've become a new subscriber! All the best to you in 2024! ✨🍄✨
Hey there, Hedda! I do believe a decorated envelope can brighten a post worker day, but for some reason, at least here, thats not always the case =/. Here in Brazil there are some postoffice workers that complaing when there is too much information on the envelopes ( we have to go to the postoffice to mail things). Your penpall turned out gorgeous! 🍄

🍄 As a mail carrier- yes! I love seeing decorated envelopes especially with the all the processing barcodes and ink stamps adding another layer.
