My birthday is September 2nd! Sisters!

Regarding the blender marker... You can always use the blender to get a good result and then a bit of color on top to saturate the color to bring back the intensity you desire. 💖🌞🌵😷
I love that you do different types of bujo themes, it’s so relatable to draw when you feel like it and collage when you aren’t up for drawing too much! ❤
39:10 some thing that goes well in the space to the right of your tabs is your monthly to do list... Just as you said, putting the trackers on the left keeps them in view all month long, putting the task list to the right keeps you on the path that you designed at the beginning of the month. 💖🌞🌵😷
Oh no, I can pick your journaling style out of a lineup any time! It's so distinctive in the way you layer the paper, stickers, and other ephemera, even if you're not using your own stickers or drawing.

Once, a long time ago, my Dad said (unprompted) that even though he was 68, he still felt 17(!) inside. I'm nearly as old as he was when he said that, now. You have a very interesting planning style, unique. All the collaging and your use of a limited palette is very effective. For age I'm afraid I'm even worse than Dad, and feel 14 sometimes! But mostly I feel 65
🍁 Absolutely love that it’s almost fall. Can’t wait for the more coziness and more inside time. In the Netherlands we have the same, when it’s like summer you have to go outside and enjoy those few weeks of good weather as long as it lasts 😂 BTW, really like that you make different kind of bujo themes, because bujo is a creative outlet for yourself ❤ And i always recognize your art by your handlettering and your stickers/drawings regardless of its a heavy draw theme or more of a collage theme ❤
Soooo beautifil, the cover page. Your quote is so true. I am in my 50s and still feel 18 !! As i like to say, " growing old is compulsory, growing up isn't." I still act like a big kid and am just as goofy as i was at 18!!! 🍁xxx
I was constantly drawing cute girls like yours till my early twenties and somehow I was ashamed of it. I can't tell why though... Then I stopped... But now I understand why I wait until I'm alone and cozy to watch your videos: they speak to my inner child That wishes not to be talked laudly and still wants to draw cute girls with not one single worries in their lives. Even when you draw goddesses, they appear to be serene, and not worried at all about being a Sun goddess!!!
I dont think you talked too much about getting older at all, I think its awesome to talk about that. I always thought that by thirty I'd be figured out and an adult, and Im almost there and am always figuring it out as I go. There is no right way to do it, just figure things out.
I’m in my late fifties (have 6 children) and I still feel 12 some days. Also I’ve discovered you never stop wanting your mum to make the bad things go away.
Omg so excited for an advent calendar!!! My only request is that it’s mainly stickers and washi, and maybe a bit of ephemera. Im okay paying a bit more for stuff I’ll use, rather than half of the days being scissors and rulers and stuff.

Beautiful artwork. Re age…remember the Men in Black film where the jeweller was killed and his cat had the planet on it’s collar? The jeweller was taken for autopsy and when opened up they found a little alien inside working the controls of the body. That’s being old. There is a part of us which is still young, inside an ever aging body. . 😀
I'm turning 30 this year too and is strange and exciting at the same time! 🎉😂

I love the kind of weather you have at your place, for me its living hell here, because its only summer and extreme temperature for most of the year and then winter is only at the end of the year and the start of the year, barely three to four months and since it's my favorite season I am literally starved every year more than the previous years and since I love rain so much, it barely rains here either so for me you are the luckiest person I can think of 🥺🥺🥺💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
I love the fall🍁vibes! It's winter changing into spring here in Uruguay, but my brain is still aligned with the Northern Hemisphere. I don't think I will ever adapt to living in the Southern Hemisphere. Once again a beautiful spread.
After a huge gap from creating, your video definitely gave me inspiration to get up and work on my bujo and other creativity. It was very cosy and and I love the collages and drawings. Even though mid November is the actual autumn (late autumn) with leaves falling off. 😂 but in Bangladesh, we have two autumns. We are heading to the autumn where there’s no rain and lovely sunny days with cottony clouds. So, this theme makes me more excited about the fall! 🍁
Happy Birthday, Hedda! My birthday is also in September, so we are birthday buddies! Your girl drawing is incredible. This one might be my favorite yet. Just a little tip, I hope you don’t mind me sharing, but I’ve been coloring with Copic markers pretty much daily for over twelve years. The colorless blender is a bit of a misnomer. It is actually just pure alcohol, so it doesn’t help blend things, it actually pushes color away. It’s great for cleaning up mistakes or adding designs like polka dots to your images, but it’s terrible to blend colors together. I prefer the darkest to lightest method, so I lay down my darkest shade in the shadow areas, blend with a midtone, and then use my lightest shade for the highlight. Always overlapping the previous shade just a bit, but not going completely over the darker shades with the light because it will bleach it out. Please feel free to continue to do what works for you, but I just thought I’d share a bit of what I’ve learned over the years. My entire channel is devoted to Copic coloring greeting cards. Love what you do!

Love that you're doing an advent calendar! I did a version with the 12 days of Christmas for my co-workers one year. It was so much fun. They got things like paper clips, sticky notes, candy and pennies. They all enjoyed the fun of it.

I've tried to collage in my planners/journals but I've found out that I'm pretty rubbish at it, so this video has been really useful with collaging tips and I've enjoyed listening to your chatter (I'm at work and need something to listen to)
Wow these spreads are so gorgeous! Autumn is my favourite season too! 🍂🍁🍄 I sometimes do Inktober which you can do in a variety of ways. I did a standard drawing one and a Zentangle version.

Happy birthday for this month! I found it really interesting turning 30 - it was the first time I really felt like an adult. Your 20s feel like you've just stopped being a teen, in your 30s you can't tell yourself that any more 😂

Happy Birthday, Hedda! Awesome theme and spread, as always! 😍 Hey I see nothing wrong with using fall colors for September - November, if you're feeling it. Perhaps you might like to vary the treatment of said colors with each month, or perhaps alter the saturation (or desaturation) of the color palette as the months progress. Re a drawing project, I'm sure others have suggested Inktober to you, but also there are numerous other similar themed/prompted drawing challenges which happen in October/November, which many participants post on Instagram. I've done Inktober in the past, and it's fun, but tbh I don't have enough free time this year to do a drawing every day. So I'll just use that month to focus on a particular drawing project, at my own pace. 🙂
