eBay also removes negative feedback, posted negative feedback last week on a seller. Checked and its gone after I returned the item.
Was it from the “Durable mobile phone” seller
wow hugh jeffreys here
Surprised
So basically if a seller does not fly straight, he can get away with it by accepting the return with no consciences and No negative review to point bad behavior.
@@NorthridgeFix In my experience, it seems so.
Your my hero man, Amazon is blowing my mind on this one. They obviously don't value the customers feedback at all, you did the right thing 👍
They don't value the customers lol .I bought something at a price and they tried to , better said when the time to pay tried to charge few pounds extra,l😁😁😁😁😆😅🤣😂, and when did not went trough , wanted an explanation . I told them at moment of purchase was a price and when charged me another price , lucky i used a spare credit card that had only the amount that it shoud be . When asked for proof i sent the screenshot with the price they had at the time and one with a BBC since then i'm BANNED FROM AMAZON 😁🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I've integrated many of our customers products into Amazon listings - and the review system is quite strange.
For seller reviews, you can not talk about the products.
For product reviews you cannot mention the seller.
That's the reason it keeps getting removed. Love your videos, keep up the great work!
That is correct. The reviews you see on Amazon are for the product, not for the seller. We should only write reviews about the product not the seller or shipping speed etc..., that is because that particular product may be sold by different sellers. when a negative review is left, automatically the sale number goes down for all sellers and that is not fair. There is another section for leaving feedback for sellers only, that can be found under orders and the purchased item.
@@arashrkarimi well that makes no sense, in the video he explained what the seller sells is a diferent product than advertised. how is that not the sellers fault
@@RYU47376 no argue with that, that is the seller's problem, they have sent a different product. but the dude in the video should have left a negative review for the seller, not the product. As I mentioned a product can be sold by different sellers. That means the same advertised product is sold by different sellers on Amazon. Everyone can open a shop on amazon and sell the same product. The original product is good so no negative feedback should be left if one seller screws up.
Try to contact Amazon so they actually review your comment, feedback like this will save others the hassle of dealing with the knockoff item as well. TY for always trying to help the community.
My theory is that Amazon leaves flagging inappropriate comments to the seller. They are likely abusing a system to get reviews removed from their product. They likely can't just remove reviews, as that would be too easy to abuse, but they are abusing the system to flag inappropriate content. My guess is that you haven't left a lot of reviews with that Amazon account which will likely cause it to skip an in person check as new accounts are frequently used to either post fake positive or negative reviews.
This is exactly what I was thinking. Find a different supplier
There is a cottage industry for resellers and chinese sellers to game amazon and ebay controls. Many of the 1000s of 5 star reviews are the product of borderline scaming tactics like "leave a 5 star positive review and get a 20 dollars amazong gift card (for a 50 bucks item). You leave the 5 star review and never get the gift card.
I think you are correct. I've left both positive and negative reviews successfully.
My theory is because he returned it for a refund. It's like a NDA 🤣
Call Amazon!!!!
You are totally right. I've tried several times to leave honest reviews for products I've bought from Amazon sellers. Without exception, any that contained any sort of criticism, were not allowed. That is why I don't trust any of the reviews or ratings. They are not a true reflection of a products quality, or a sellers worth.
I highly recommend taking advantage of the live chat feature offered by Amazon customer service. It will begin with automated replies in an attempt to answer you by common FAQ, but I am always able to get a live CSR when necessary (at least during most hours). This process has been a great help to me in some cases. Perhaps they can give you a better result too.
I've left hundreds of reviews over the years but no more, after Amazon decided to pester me about every little purchase I made (for a review) I decided that I don't work for them and owe them nothing. I've discovered some other devious business practices as well and am considering ending my relationship with them after all these years, the customer is ALWAYS right Amazon...something you have forgotten.
The positive reviews aren't worth anything if you can't leave negative ones. Really surprised Amazon stooped so low.
Wow. You got a warning for a valid and polite review. I've certainly broken their guidelines hundreds of times based on those rules and never been warned. It is almost impossible to get Amazon to deal with things like this in my experience. The best you can hope for is to speak to robotic call centre staff who seem so lacking in empathy they seem psychopathic. Ah well, tough lesson learned (and shared with us, your viewers so we can learn it to). Good man once again!
The worst thing about this is that how is a producer supposed to better their customer service without proper feedback.
How do you get a "1st warning" for leaving what looked to me like a straight to the point review..👍👍
Yes, I hear that on your third warning, the AMAZON POLICE come to your house and wrap you in that clear layered plastic.
Then, it's off to AMAZON JAIL or maybe they make you work for a month in the returns department having to open up returned packages that people have booby-trapped and sent back.
What happens on a 4th warning?? You may ask???
WELL, DON'T ASK!!!
The horror........................The horror.........................
You did nothing wrong, I have left a couple of genuine negative reviews to warn people not to purchase a certain item. Now Amazon has banned me from leaving any reviews! I purchase up to 30 items a month from Amazon so I can’t be a bad customer.
I had a similar experience. I received an item that included a card promising a gift card for a five star review. I left a two star review stating the product was fine but that the seller was bribing people for good reviews. Amazon removed this as inappropriate and indicated such matters must be taken up with the seller. There was no way on the platform to warn other users that the reviews of the product may not be trustworthy.
I knew Amazon was going in this direction because they don't even allow comments on products people buy anymore
The AMAZON should be the one to Acknwledge their warning , a legit customer is always has the right to be heared against a legit complaints, no one is above the Law,. 👊👊💪
This happened to me, the reason is that you reviewed the seller not the product, just try to say that you received a bad product and they will accept the review but don't mention the seller.
Correct.
Same here.
I well try again. What do you think is an acceptable review to leave. Let's all agree on one and we'll see how it goes.
@@NorthridgeFix I would write the following:
The item was received different than I used to buy, it didn't have the product label and the quality was very bad to a level were it can't be used so I had to return it back.
@@NorthridgeFix Claim the item was misrepresented on the listing and was not as described. Not authentic.
Another approach would be to claim the quality of the product listed was not comparable to an authentic item. This lets people know it's fake and not worth purchasing.
Way back in the day I used to make sure I left feedback on everything I bought on Amazon, both positive and negative, but stopped eventually because feedback system is so broken and abused that it makes no difference anymore.
I understand your frustration Alex, I have had this myself, so I never leave feedback or get into arguments with sellers on large selling sites, I just use my consumer rights to get my money back and find another seller, as there is such an abundant supply of them.
Same thing happened to me! I recently bought a coloring book on Amazon, directly sold from Amazon, and it was full of stolen artwork. I got a refund and left a 1 star review and the same thing happened to me. Amazon refused to post it saying I violated their guidelines.
Wow. 😮
Basically it seems that If you have returned an item for a refund then you are not allowed to post a review.
The review violated the community guidelines, because product reviews must relate to the product only, and not mention the seller.
Several items on amazon are sold by multiple sellers, and by accusing "the seller" of fraud on the product review page might leave another customer not buying the item, even if they would have bought it from another (honest) seller.
Imagine yourself selling flux on amazon. Another company also does, but as only you have the freshest flux on the market, the other company can only sell old, dried flux. Now a few people buy from the other company for whatever reason, and then post negative reviews about the product and no one buys it anymore, from you or the other company regardless. You would want to have those reviews deleted too.
To negatively review the seller, try a review directly on the sellers page.
Winner!!
this explanation makes the most sense.
Instead of deleting the review Amazon should just move it to the sellers page. Problem solved.
I always wondered how some companies had thousands of 5-star reviews and zero 1-3 star reviews. sounds like something shady in the background. Thanks for exposing this.
I had the same thing when I bought a passive audio channel switcher. Within a week the switches became intermittent on left or right channel and the volume knob became scratchy. A week. 2 weeks later it was thrown in the bin as unusable. I wrote a review which said as much, I got a warning for in appropriate content like you did.
Reviews are such a scam today, especially on Amazon and Ebay. Even TH-cam doesn't display thumbs down anymore.
Thank you for bringing this up. So sad to hear that Amazon has changed so much through the years as well as the quality of items the sellers are offering these days. I have had the same thing done to me twice on 2 different items that I gave a 4-star and a 5-star review for. The message they wrote told me that I did not follow the guidelines because I used inappropriate language and was not describing the correct products at all, which is totally untrue. I know that kids can read the reviews on products, so I don't use profanity at all. I reworded my reviews before submitting them, so they can be new ones and got a pop-up message to e-mail community support center, "the items are no longer up for any reviews at the moment." When I reached out to the e-mail provided from the pop-up message, I got an auto reply e-mail back saying "the e-mail address is not being accepting emails." From that point, I decided to reach out to get with an agent from the Amazon help center and after giving me so many lame excuses, they finally give me a different e-mail address. Let's see what lame excuse they give me this time, should they even reply to my e-mail at all, that is. It just pisses me off that I have been a Prime member since 2015 or earlier and have left honest reviews for many products with no issues until the other day. The fact that we are not allowed to provide honest reviews anymore is ridiculous. The reviews posted nowadays, I am highly suspecting that they are solely from Amazon staff themselves should this stupidity continue or like another TH-camr mentioned, sellers are abusing the system and flagging the wrong kinds of comments.
You left a seller review on the product page. I've had that happen. You need to leave the review on the sellers main page. I think there is a hyperlink on your order page to review
You should definitely add this video as part of review or just photos comparing the good locked air vs the bad one and see what Amazon responds on that.
That's shocking! It's great that you are making people aware of this!
You 100% correct. It's seems seller's pay Amazon to get rid of bad reviews.
Does this mean that I could sell my poop in a box and never have to worry about getting a bad review??
Lol no, they just flag it, possibly with bots.
I sell on Amazon in small scale but i don’t know if its possible
@@robertpage2023 That depends on how much you pay. But you don't pay amazon for it, you pay a corrupt employee.
@@robertpage2023 If you have enough friends to game the system (i.e. leave positive reviews for the verified purchases) then yes, you can.
I had the same issue Alex, I got in contact with a live representative and the review was posted, and it was about a seller selling knockoff parts, and they actually stop selling them.
A live representative?! Is it even possible to get through to those?
@@CoolKoon Yes it is, sometimes you have to wait, but sometimes you get lucky and it's 2-3 min.
This happened to me as well and amazon removed my negative review. The rubbish item remains to have a good review because they deleted everyone else's bad reviews
Bought a bunch of cheap ceramic peltier cooler elements and the seller didn't bother to pad anything so I ended up getting a bunch of smashed elements. I reviewed their terrible packaging along with a photo of the damaged elements and the review was rejected. I reviewed the shipping and not the product apparently, even though the way the product is packaged is the only thing I talked about. Fake reviews are already a known problem that Amazon continues to ignore but rejecting legitimate criticism is being actively anti-consumer.
when I write one for "broken" stuff I use stuff like poor quality control :) , product did not work!! and not as described (the described one was intact) ..
You are doing good. I have always been surprised with the service from Amazon this is why I stopped using Amazon from last 2 years. You can go to your consumer rights department against amazon for not supporting you in this as well as against the seller with providing the evidence, moreover you may also contact the company directly whose products these sellers are selling as fake products on market using their name.
I had the same problem some years ago regarding a faulty product. They also sent me the above warning as if I had placed a fake review. They do not accept any negative comments regarding THEIR suppliers.
I do NOT buy from Amazon regardless how much "cheaper" they are....
The tactic used by Amazon is appalling, to think that you paid for it and didn't get what you paid for, especially considering that the customer is always right, this is bad rep for Amazon. I hope you can get your message across to the idiots out there.
In the mean time, here's a like to help your channel! :)
Amazon reviews are becoming pretty unreliable these days because of things like this, I also recently noticed a seller selling a new product by amending an old listing that had lots of good reviews. The new product had lots of complaints so they masked that with all the good reviews for a previous product. I complained to Amazon but nothing has been done.
Bait and switch scam listing, using old item get 5 Star, Then upload another item showing 5 star rating for cheap or crapy item. Look at reviews make sure not switch listing good chance getting scamed. Old item was King size beding 5 Star rating: bait and switch scam upload another item say, Currents under same listing with reviews of bedding, Show 5 star have nothing do with current listing.
You will find this is a common act by Amazon for their big sellers.
6:44 "That's what the *customer* sent us"
Habit is a huge power haha
I spit my drink out at the "consider this your first warning" bit. Also this is why I never order anything through Amazon.
Amazon reviews are not supposed to be left about the seller but about the product. That is because if another seller sells the same product, it would show the same review you left about the different seller.
Seller issues are to be reported to Amazon directly via customer support
Unlike with eBay feedback, reviews on amazon attach to the product regardless of who is selling it. You can't leave a negative product review because you were shipped the wrong thing, you are supposed to give seller feedback with that. Still I see that showing up in product reviews and honestly it kinda clutters things up.
And the first ad that TH-cam pushes to me after the video is .... one promoting Amazon and its reviewing facilities to aid your shopping!
you are not mistaken ! they don't like ppl to read bad reviews on thier site ; they think bad reviews will make custmers doutfull about buying products from their stores ...
but by this act of not leting us post negative reviews they provoke our right to express and to tell the truth
anyway I am not a fun of Amazon
Thank you for posting this man
you are the best
Yes, the same happened to me a long time ago, I contacted customer service they did nothing. Leaved a review and they get automatically removed, I was so frustrated about this and I couldn't do anything about it.
Yep they just did this to me claiming that i was concerned with the items authenticity when i did no such thing.
I've had reviews rejected before and all I can say is it would be helpful if Amazon would at least highlight what was inappropriate. It's odd too because I actually have seen reviews on Amazon that I would've figured would be considered inappropriate, stuff like swear words and such. The 2nd time it happened to me I just stopped caring about leaving reviews.
It's all automated.
none of those systems can do that, it's mostly automated and probably obscured on purpose so they can remove bad reviews "by mistake" if they need to
@@youtubasoarus "It's all automated." well that makes it even easier to show what was inappropriate!! 😂😂😂
"I've had reviews rejected before and all I can say is it would be helpful if Amazon would at least highlight what was inappropriate." - They won't highlight anything because they don't play fair and square.
@@CoolKoon Right, I agree but with automation they cannot manually review the review. There is context to consider on both sides that only humans can do. Hence their canned responses.
Had the same issue a month ago...
I bought a set of wrenches (including 10mm and 11mm), but i received the 11mm twice and no 10mm. I also contacted the seller, didn't get a resonse and wrote that in my review. Also blocked by amazon.... i guess it is not allowed to write about the seller in the products review.
Big Tech company what did you expect? freedom of speech has been removed and continues to be removed You are a small fish in their big pond.
You have an amazing business and follow all your videos love your work and how informative you are.
A true GENT and amazing team. Keep up the good work
My opinion of Amazon just dropped another notch. Thanks for letting us know who is selling inferior materials, we should all do this when it happens. I know that some sellers make mistakes, doesn't sound like this guy did. Amazing that he would throw a good customer out the door. An honest seller would replace the product and tell you to dispose of the faulty material, especially with your history of purchases.
I just had the very same experience with Amazon. I was looking to purchase a cosmetic tape. The seller had 5 STARS so I wanted to read the reviews to see why everyone thought the tape was great... The 5cstar reviews were for OTHER unrelated items like toys, bags etc... so I posted the question, "Why are there reviews for OTHER products listed" and like you, my review was removed! I spend thousands on Amazon for my business yearly, this is unacceptable!!!
I had a similar thing, I received a non-genuine product (looked similar but build quality was not good and all the Trade Marking on the packaging was missing) I found that I was unable to complain effectively to customer support..... I wanted to send the product to customer support as non genuine, however I found I could only return to the supplier (and the supplier would keep being able to sell these non-genuine product) the amazon website states that it works hard to prevent fraudsters from selling through their website....however from the experience I had I cannot see how this can be true.
Amazon have absolutely no intention of reducing fake products, they just want to make it look that way.
Have had this same issue multiple times trying to report scammers selling fake SD cards. Amazon will remove your review everytime if its against the seller if its a 'well known' brand they have some partnership with, yet the sellers are selling fakes. (Fake sizes, fake branding, etc.)
Lucky guess: If seller in Amazon is making good enough revenue for the.. Amazon., The negative feedback will be deleted. Same thing happened pretty much for the trading cards, people were selling fake cards and as long as they were generating good enough revenue, no negative posts were published. Gladly we have other platforms to publish the feedbacks. Thanks alot for the vid!
Alex, same happened to me with other purchases. Amazon finally banned me permanently from posting. I contacted Amazon customer service and demanded to speak to a team leader. That conversation went nowhere. I asked to speak to a manager that handles customer comments. They put me on hold and never picked up the phone.
And every honest review you'd ever posted was instantly deleted..... I'm in the same camp. Never allowed to leave a review for the rest of my life and for some cryptic reason.... we've detected suspicious activity and think that you're working for a company.
So I detected suspicious activity from Amazon and cancelled Prime two days ago....they either have a saboteur on board or are in self destruct mode. Good riddance. The app is still good to research products I buy elsewhere. 👍
I've had the same, a few times already. No bad language, nothing dishonest, etc. A huge issue. Everything has to be fantastic and great. Amazon was great a long time ago, but it's been going down a long long time.
You are correct; Amazon is for the seller on the seller's side, no matter what the case is. Not the consumer. That is why I just returned it. That is how Amazon makes money. Sellers and consumers.
you know what I do... Even if I had a positive experience with a seller. I don't leave any review at all. If a seller emails me requesting a review, I post a 1 star review referring to the email for spam and harassment into leaving a positive review. I'm done with review systems like this
Review systems are for dummies that think life is fair.
I just watched your video and decided to check them out and the product. They are now only selling the pillows now. They have no other locked air products other than the machine and pillows now
Wow that is absurd. They actually gave you a warning for calmly telling the truth! Ridiculous!!!
Any advice for customers with bug infested consoles? I had 3 this week alone that say its bs I charge additional for it, a repair attempt was not successful and I still charge a fee, etc. In my eyes when a console is infested nothing is a guaranteed fix, they threaten for lawsuit and I'm curious if I'm in the wrong.
Same thing happened to me when i ordered new coils to my vape, i ordered newer model coils with certain resistance, but i got older ones with wrong resistance. i contacted to seller with no reply, so i decided to leave negative feedback, as product pictures and text weren't same product what i received. after one hour i received email from amazon what told it was inappropriate. why to ask reviews if they won't publish them if they're bad ones... how customers should trust amazon to order from there, if you can't trust reviews...?
Thanks for bringing this to light, I have had similar experiences lately and I feel like Amazon needs called out.
i also would contact the locked air company to warn them about these crooks...
its getting to a point you need to be the worlds greatest detective to know if you can trust some things. the list of things you can trust without reservation is getting shorter and shorter.
thankfully, alex, louis, and several of the auto repair channels here on youtube make it obvious they're willing to show the work they do, to let the customer know they're getting what they pay for.
I even once had a private email from an Amazon seller offering to give me a voucher if I remove my negative review
Thanks for the video, I already bought little on Amazon, now I don't buy anymore.
Now I buy in local stores that offer the same price, and many times they give me discount coupons, etc...
I believe the issues are because you mentioned issues with a seller, but leaving a product review that could effect other sellers. Hard to tell as Amazon titled it “customer review”, but anything related to the seller or time would be flagged in my experience when leaving a product review vs seller feedback.
They're not interested in a few customers with problems. It's all about damage control, control the damage a customer's negative review can cause, stopping loss of sales and fees from sellers.
I did learn something from your video though, I thought that sort of packaging was bought already inflated like bubble wrap.
I had always left reviews on Amazon. Probably close to a hundred over 2 years. Always honest and professional in nature. Of all those reviews I left a total of 2 bad reviews. The first one just disappeared. The second one was based on a camera that had half the pixels they advertised. Sent it back and stated the pixel issue in a polite review. Amazon stated I had violated the community guidelines and band me from giving reviews. Emails, hours on the phone. Still band and they can't tell me what I did wrong.
@J Hemphill Please, do explain further. You may be on to something.
amazon is like that they are very weird in that way, i had my mother order some seeds and all she wrote was that she was sent the wrong seeds and was not happy about that. They did the same thing and considered that to be bad language or something and removed her review?
Yeah it's happening a lot, the merchants show something else in their pictures and hide the details in product information.
Iv had this same issue in the past, the thing that is flagging you is you stating the seller didn't contact you, they consider that a private conversion between you and the seller and so it falls under breach of the privacy act even know they don't state it in the rules.
TH-cam does it also. They removed downvotes due to big corporations complaining that their crap wasn't popular. TH-cam/Google tried to make it seem that it's for the small creators while in reality it's to protect big corporation and their products. Like Amazon's new LOTR series
I think what happened is that the seller did not like your review and reported it. Then the Amazon bot removed it and it’s not been checked by a normal person or they would clearly see it’s a review that conforms to the guidelines
i´ve had the same issues with me warning people of clothes that were supposed to be european sizes. they turned out to be chinese size, and amazon deleted my warnings also. amazon are fishy..
I leave a lot of reviews on Amazon and for the most part they end up being positive (4 or 5 star). However, I do occasionally leave 1 or 2 star reviews and they have never been rejected. The two most recent 1 star reviews were for replacement batteries for a Samsung tablet that failed or were DOA and the other was for some nylon cable ties that were of such poor quality they would break if you looked at them the wrong way. Both reviews were submitted in late 2021 and are still on the product pages to this day. I haven't had a need to post a 1 star review in 2022, maybe this is a new policy or something.
i would be calling amazon about this issue. I purchase more from amazon than anywhere else this is unacceptable
I've posted my share of negative reviews. No problem. What I did notice on at least one occasion is the way the review is specific for the seller. So, if the seller stops selling what you reviewed, the review disappears. All the seller has to do is change his name. Reviews are gone, they get to wash the slate clean.
This is the reason I won't buy from Amazon anymore. 😢
This has happened to me on leaving an Amazon review where I do not get what I ordered. Amazon deletes your 1 star reviews against vendors.
you should tell what the point is to use amazon i had a similar situation with ebay UK
So much for customer is always right. I used to sell through Amazon and would get constant scam buyers claiming incorrect item sent on small valued items. The cost to reship exceeded the profit and the scammers knew this and would work it to their advantage. Amazon would just kick it back and I had no choice but to reship. The same customers would often purchase and complain several times, I attempted to avoid further losses by just refunding the money and not ship and would get violation notices for it. I no longer sell nor purchase from that scam operation, for that reason and for the principal that they are destroying small business and I hope others wake to their practices. Now this was prior to 2016 so maybe they have changed, but that is my experience.
We can stand behind you and boycott ❌❌❌ amazon for a month .. after this video I feel like there are thousands of victims of scam
i would look for another seller and even would try to not use amazon anymore. Cant you get those inflateable rolls from a local store nearby?
This is weird. I've left several one star reviews over the past couple of years, and they've been harsh reviews. Amazon posted them with no issue. In fact, I just left one 3 weeks ago, and the company emailed me and offered me an Amazon gift card if I'd take my bad review down. Odd.
My opinion is that Amazon does a positive/negative comment comparison. If the amount of negative reviews succeds 5% the commenting account gets flagged. My brother did run into that problem.
The exact happened to me. I usually buy small ESD bags with zip lock design and my last purchase it arrived without the zip lock - bold sealing belt. Sent a email to the seller and no response. Returned and left a review. The review was not posted saying I didn't follow the guidelines. My review was:" I buy regularly from this seller. My last order arrived without the bold sealing belt ( regular ESD bag). Contact the seller and no response. Had to return. "
This is pretty common, on Amazon, much like fake reviews that are 5 stars that by reading you can tell have nothing to do with the product. I have been through this too, After stating that the parts I had ordered were the wrong size, contacting the seller, providing pictures with the part number stamped on them and side by side with the old (correct sized) part... Never got another response. Did a review stating that with the pictures and the got the same email as Northridge. Tried several times to get feed back about how my review violating the TOS from Amazon(as I actually went over the TOS and could not find anything) Nothing. Its just a scam by scammers
I had exactly the same problem leaving a review on Amazon recently. It seems that you can only leave positive reviews, so now I won't leave any reviews.
After receiving ANOTHER denied review email from Amazon this morning I knew I could not be the only person they were doing this to so I google searched & found your video! Amazon has done this to me MANY times now & like you I shorten, edit I even provided video of the issues and Amazon will not post my negative reviews! I READ reviews before buying & if you can’t trust a seller rating/review any longer because Amazon is NOT being impartial & posting only positive what can you do!?
The reviews are meant for the product itself. If you mention the company or seller, it may not get approved. There is another link you have to go in order to leave proper seller feedback.
If you revise the "product review" and leave out the word "seller", it may then get approved.
this
Amazon is now just giving warnings every now and then. Its like now they are doing a favour by letting us shop with them.like a privilege.
I wondered whether their AI recognises an offensive word even when it’s an aggregate of two words (eg “that watch” could be recognised as t.w.a.t)
This is true. You cannot write critical reviews. They often get deleted. I've stopped wasting time on Amazon reviews.
Who would have thought that “Winston” worked at Amazon……keep up the good work man
You should stop buying on amazon and maybe contact directly the company, we shall consider boicotting amazon for those fake reviews or for censurating the truth, love from italy alex, you are the best :)
The world is so full of bad products and services.. ugh.. so frustrating.
Alex, thank you for the heads up on this Amazon item. With Amazon the fewer the reviews the less credible the reviews are going to be. Reviews in the three digits are typically totally fake. Sorry to hear that a previously good seller turned bad on you, and Amazon somehow backed the seller. Maybe the seller is blocking your reviews and the solution is to make a phone call to Amazon complaining your review is unfairly being declined, explaining the situation and possibly getting your legitimate review posted.
Not just Amazon, I left a negative review on eBay when an item I won was not dispatched, it was up for sale again at a higher price. eBay removed their negative review.
A product review can only contain information about the product. If you want to review the seller there is Leave Seller Feedback. It does say that in the community guidelines.
