Do i want kids - No Do i like kids - also no But did i become obsessed with James and Carys last year over home reno videos and now i watch every single one of their vlogs - YAS!
When i was a baby I LOVED to be swaddled like constantly, if i was fussing just wrap me up like a burrito and i was happy as can be. As a i grew i loved those little comfort of a little blanket and snuggling with my mom at night. It makes total sense now that my love language is touch. I love really good hugs, receiving & giving, and cuddling and being wrapped up at the end of the night either with a blanket under the sheets for warmth or a pillow in the warmer months to snuggle with. I’m a comfort creature who just wants to be loved☺️ I miss being swaddled like a baby, they just look so cute and content🥰
Watching this vlog has brought back all the wonderful memories of when I bought my new born daughter home 35 years ago , I can almost feel the emotions of a new mum and dad , absolutely beautiful and I would like to thank you both so much for sharing this most special time in your lives ❤
Having a baby is the best! My lil one is 2 and a half months old right now. I remember I balled my eyes out every night before he turned one week just thinking of how fast it’s going and how fast I know it’ll continue to go. Hormones are definitely real. It’s a rocky ride but so rewarding 😍❤️

Cluster feeds can also mean growth spurts too. Babies change and grow so fast in their first year. Try to enjoy each stage as much as possible. You are great parents - so proud of you both!
I love the way you are so reflective with each other and real about how you are managing each day with goals for subsequent days especially the resting you need-you are both a great example or why communication is the key to everyone good relationship

You guys are honestly family goals, the love and admiration for each other is honestly lovely to watch. Little Amber is perfect, little tip for outing though which a midwife recommended is that always pop an extra layer on baby then what you have on, as there skin is still very thin at the newborn stage. (hope this didn't come across rude, just wanting to pass on helpful tips) Honestly can't wait for more content with Amber in and super excited to see how Mila is when she meets her. love you guys! x

Awww she’s literally days old she can’t soothe herself back to sleep yet... they want to be held... contact naps are the best thing for newborns, it’s a big shock for them coming out of the womb and now being in the world. Newborn cuddles are just the best xx

I’m 24 weeks expecting my first (a girl!!) and it’s one of the thing that I can’t settle myself with, I really want to try but I just find the whole thing quite daunting if I’m honest! My children are 28 and 24 and I'm still missing them as babies and toddlers. Sometimes I could cry I miss that stage so much. Then I look at the men they have become and I fall head over heels for them all over again 😂 Once they pop out that's it, our emotions are up, down, sideways, backwards, up again lol. Crazy emotions and parenthood come as a package deal 😁 it's just the best ❤️

This is just the best video ever. I'm so happy for you both and it's amazing to see how well you're adjusting to parenthood. It's such a roller coaster but you guys will smash it. Also I'm 30 weeks pregnant and this just makes me soooo excited for my second baby boy to arrive. Watching you have newborn snuggles has made me miss those days so much x

My children are 28 and 24 and I'm still missing them as babies and toddlers. Sometimes I could cry I miss that stage so much.
Then I look at the men they have become and I fall head over heels for them all over again 😂
Once they pop out that's it, our emotions are up, down, sideways, backwards, up again lol.
Crazy emotions and parenthood come as a package deal 😁 it's just the best ❤️

My little one had a bit of jaundice for a few days & my mother in law used to say “he’s not yellow, he’s golden” 😂 You guys are doing so amazingly, it’s so lovely to watch x
