Great video, Francesco! Thank you for including Twos ✌! It's been wonderful to incorporate the feedback from your audience and to hear the value they're getting from an all-in-one tool. Very much apprecaited ❤
This is kind of shocking to watch, I can't help but wonder 1. Why there are so many note taking apps? 2. Why so many of them are almost the same shit as before? 3. If there are too many people getting cs degrees, people keep making new copy paste apps? 4. There are SO many, this guy spams youtube videos about them? 5. How productive is it REALLy to obsess about the app you use?
I see that you've mentioned xTiles, here which I feel is just a more maximalist version of walling. Before I settled on Walling I actually tried Capacities first I like both but but capacities felt like a bit too distracting while trying to take notes because of the extra customizability of the app, walling has just the right amount of functionality and some great abilities for sharing your notes which I have been using to publish resources.
Two's is also a very capable Todo app which has the added benefit for me of being able to colour code lines of text. It can display your online calendar as well day by day
Thx for the video what I really want is something like OneNote. I love the canvas strap book feel. Add picture and notes side by side. Draw lines across the page. I can't find nothing like it and nothing that is local. I don't want my files and stuff in the cloud. OneNote used to be local until Microsoft got greedy.
I am using the summary and action point AI function in notion with my notes to help, but I was looking to see if I wanted to export it as a PDF and found out I had to upgrade it to the business plan. Is there something better I should be looking at? Costing me around $400 Aus with the business upgrade
You should look up audio pen. Great note taking app. And I love notion they are forever building additional features and the work in conduction with most other apps. ❤
Thanks for this overview, we are getting swamped by tools recently! Could you make a focus video on all the tools that do local only first (e.g. AnyType and Logseq) with total control over all data created?
Capacities and Craft have improved greatly in the last few months, can you please compare them? On Mac, iOS, Android and PC, please :-) (I, love Craft, but I use an Android phone, so I will have to let them go with my next year's subscription in May 2024) Therefore I am now moving 100% to Capacities from UpNote, Craft, Notion, Apple Notes and OneNote. But I am not too sure that it is a smart move, even if I am very impressed by Capacities. My concern is mostly by platform (Android, iOS app etc.), tables, encryption and "my data" security. Thank you for a good video.
Google Keep is a must for your consideration it has integration with the Google Universe that makes it oh so powerful. Used in conjunction with Napkin (which I do) Google Keep is unbeatable.
@@twosballer Good to see the developers are this engaged. My experience on android and web was frustrating.. Mostly because I really wanted to like the app, but the overall experience was just overwhelming, like it had too much going on. Don't get me wrong, the features are really great, the list ideas are awesome, but I felt that the way they were implemented wasn't intuitive at all, I took a while just to understand how to make notes. And I've seen people saying that is possible to link notes and for the whole time I used the app I couldn't find it. And I'm not a beginner too, using obsidian, tickTick, clickup, etc. But for a simple app it felt harder than it should, imo. And the friction reminded me of Notion. In the end, as usual in user experience, most of the times I didn't know why or how, but just felt like I could do everything the app proposes in another app with less friction and way easier, if that makes sense
It's worth to keep an eye on new apps like these because there might a great opportunity to get a real steal sometimes before they get more popular and more expensive. Xtiles lifetime was on sale on stacksocial not too long ago.

Twos app user here! It works so well for my ADHD brain. Twos is kind of like a bullet journal and functions similarly. Would recommend 10/10 haha
Yes. I love the search bar above the notes. Not a new concept but still good.
Thank you for sharing, Cam ✌❤

I am so glad you are making videos about these. I am keeping an eye out too, and I'd love to chat about them.

Love to hear it, thefrog2009 ✌. Lmk if there is ever anything we can help with 😊

I miss OneNote so much. it's amazing that we've come so far, but nothing is quite like that.

I needed this update 👌
Do you think you will do a video on Anytype?

2:15 yay for spatial note taking. It’s so good for organising thoughts. That’s why I live a good whiteboard.
I was very happy when obsidian canvas was released!
I am anxious to try Reflects
I use capacities to builtup my PKM System for my consulting Business. I also tried napkin but found Scrintal which gives me more flexibility.

Thanks for letting me discover x Tiles, just what I've been looking for!
Napkin was interesting... loved the Readwise integration (big fan). As usual, no android app. Doh! Pity.
capacities is really great, i've been using it recently
Haven’t seen an Upnote review… do you?

Twos is the best on here and it’s not even close 🎉!
Twos is the best all round app
Strongly disagree mostly due to the interface
Thank you for sharing, vcoopp7574 ✌
@@mrt.1903 Hi mrt.1903, would love to hear what improvements could be made to the interface. Thank you! ✌

Link to reflect does not work properly.
Where's Anytype from this list? :(
What about UpNote?
This was 'new' entrants. Upnote is quite underrated though.
How many note apps you need write text?
Twos!
✌ ❤
Reflect all day err day
No iOS app for capacities
Find what productivity app Elon Musk is using and make a video of it. This will be the top 1 app of all times. All others will be useless.
Just a heads up.. capacities has stopped their twitter integration..which sucks, not their fault but there it is.
